We did a one-night stay in Sorrento. the hotel was great convenient to everything. walkable and easy to get to the train station. We enjoyed the rooftop deck as we sat underneath the Stars and enjoyed a bottle of wine to end our night in Sorrento. plenty of places to eat nearby and shopping is very convenient.

Guy at the front desk in the morning is rude and condescending. The elevator only goes up 2 floors then you have to take the stairs, which is fine if you don't have a lot of luggage because there is nobody to help you.

Cozzy hotel, lots of stairs to get to our room, the view from outside of the hotel... looks like half star hotel.. but in the inside is good.. (inside is what matters), the location is excellent.

Affordable and clean
Great hotel right next to the train station with several restaurants right across the street and a short walk to the old town. It is really loud in the morning, you can hear the cleaning ladies and other guests in the hallway.

This was a nice clean hotel of reasonable size and good amenities. It was 5-7 minutes walk from the direct center of town and it was very quiet. Staff was always there and responsive. Continental breakfast was good but not large. Pillow and bed were very comfortable. Air condition worked perfectly and since my wife and I like it cold, we were very happy. Overall it didn't blow us away but we would stay there again for sure.
