Amazing location, right next to a mall with restaurants and walking distance to conference center I attended to.

Great relaxing, yet professional atmosphere. Superb location next to the train station but with an underground parking.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. We arrived late and they helped us find food options that were still open and assisted us in the morning with calling a taxi to Auschwitz.

The hotel was very clean and everything in my room appeared to be brand new. Very modern and sleek. Next time, definitely will stay here again!

First of all, the workers were all great. Friendly and helpful. The problem was the facility. It was a hot day. We booked here because it said A/C. Our room did not have it so they moved us to an apartment where the A/C barely worked. They have an exercise room but most the machines were broken. The tub had a shower wand but no curtain causing water to flood all over. Internet was available but unusable due to an intermittent single bar of signal.
