I rented from a owner Name Bryan from Canada and this is the second time he did me wrong this time he took my money and when I arrived he had rented the room because I tried to cancel and he said no so now I have to rent another room and pay through Europa. I would never do business again

The place was great. Everything was in great working order: * A/C - cooled the air very nicely and quickly * shower - very good water pressure, the hot water stays hot very long, and easy to adjust * safe - works with key and code * stovetop - all burners working The apartment has parking, and is very close to everything. The bed was pretty comfortable. Juguens, the owner, should give classes on how to operate customer oriented business. Lots of other businesses in Sosua can benefit from it. He cares about his place, and he is there to resolve any issues instead of giving you "go away" messages of tomorrow.

For the most part on a short stay motel is good just be prepared not to get much sleep lots of traffic and motorcycles going by very loud all hours non stop only time it stops is if it rains
