Upon arrival, the receptionist was dealing with a different guest with whom was given a room that was already occupied and had to call for help via the phone. And gave out their room number loud enough to hear throughout the entire lobby. When we checked in it was the same thing. Not very professional and should of just written the room number down and pointed to it when handing the key. She did say it was her first day and was already working overtime. The elevator was a bit sketchy where the door opened before it was fully to the ground. Definitely deserves to be called rustic. Window was very dirty, hand prints and smudges from previous occupants. Definitely needs a really good deep cleaning. The blinds were too large for the window & were rolled and smooshed into the window. It was a cute little room with charm but does need some TLC. Would think about staying here again in the future if needed.

Perfect location and very friendly staff who gave great hiking advise and helped me when I locked myself out numerous times. Also the breakfast is fantastic!

Location is excellent and stay was surprisingly quiet. The staff were all very friendly. The room was just okay…low budget hotel. Bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. It’s obviously an old building. Parking was difficult between the posts and it’s a small parking lot, which is horrible for trucks, wide vehicles, and other large vehicles.

Fairly clean. Very run down area & facility. Not at all sound proof. Hard to find entrance. A little underwhelming. People in front of me checking in were surprised & a little scared of existing structure. Badly in need of remodel & updating.

Absolute worst hotel, noisy, thin walls, toilet broken, phone broken, some lights are broken, A/C broken in our room and unwilling to check if another room has a fixed AC. It’s 2am and is very inconvenient for our family. They don’t do refunds so I wouldn’t waste your time here.

I wouldnt stay here again. It was very dirty. The walls were visibly dirty, the side table had two pieces of chewing gum stuck to the bottom, the carpet was obviously not vacuumed well, stains on the carpet and the bed skirt and my pillow was stained. Every time we walked in, it somehow smelled differently, but always awful. Pretty consistently smelled of cigarette smoke and sometimes weed. TV worked, shower pressure was insanely hard. Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast was a decent spread.

The property is not what it looks like on line. Room needs upgrade, T.V had poor cable selections, drain in bathtub was slow or clogged, First Alert alarm was goingnoff because low battery. Wall corners had small spider webs
