Absolute worst hotel, noisy, thin walls, toilet broken, phone broken, some lights are broken, A/C broken in our room and unwilling to check if another room has a fixed AC. It’s 2am and is very inconvenient for our family. They don’t do refunds so I wouldn’t waste your time here.

I wouldnt stay here again. It was very dirty. The walls were visibly dirty, the side table had two pieces of chewing gum stuck to the bottom, the carpet was obviously not vacuumed well, stains on the carpet and the bed skirt and my pillow was stained. Every time we walked in, it somehow smelled differently, but always awful. Pretty consistently smelled of cigarette smoke and sometimes weed. TV worked, shower pressure was insanely hard. Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast was a decent spread.

The property is not what it looks like on line. Room needs upgrade, T.V had poor cable selections, drain in bathtub was slow or clogged, First Alert alarm was goingnoff because low battery. Wall corners had small spider webs

The outside of the hotel does not look like the pictures look like in Expedia, I would say that is false advertising. It looks like it’s undergoing renovations, that is what one of the front desk people said. Some of the bed sheets were stained and dirty. The shower does not look like the pictures do. The toilet bowl had mold. The shower was pretty old, some stuff were falling apart. The only nice thing about the hotel was that everything was walking distance so that was very convenient. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was also really good. There were only outlets close to the TV but not next to the bed.

We were put in a room with double beds when it was advertised as queen beds. The staff didn’t know the size of the beds in any of the rooms. When we finally got to talk to a manager on the second day, they moved us and said they would give us a discount for the first night. I’m still waiting for my discount a week later. I have reached out to the manager twice with no response. Floors felt dirty underfoot and bathrooms were not cleaned well. Your site advertises that the beach is an 11 minute walk away. That beach is a private beach that they don’t allow the public to use. You have to drive to a beach drive to a usable beach

Too high of a price to pay for the value you get. Air conditioning not working. Partially broken bed leg. We kept lifting the bed to adjust the leg frequently, to have it dislocated again as soon as we turn or move in the bed. Room feels run down and old.

Disappointed
Will not stay there again. The building is old and rustic, Hallways are not well lit, Rugs in hallways are worn and dingy. Rooms are small, bathroom was 60’s style. Based on webpage I expected a much more modern and upgrade facility, 1 elevator for 3 floors which was small max 4 people.
