Chose to get a condo for a holiday stay with the intention of using the full kitchen for cooking. Upon arrival, oven was turned off at the breaker. Turned oven on and it had a circuit board error. Maintenance said it couldn’t be fixed during my stay. I assume this malfunction was known as I was upgraded to this condo and told they could do nothing to help/move or reimburse as I booked through Expedia. Also didn’t have a functioning deadbolt and maintenance had to saw into door frame so the room could secure. Paid extra to cook, couldn’t cook. Also didn’t provide things like kitchen towels, dish sponge or cloth, and there was caked on food on the utensils and plates, kiss marks on the sliding doors, clumps of hair on bathroom floors. Staff was kind and enjoyed the pool and beach proximity, but which I hadn’t paid so much extra money for the condo that wasn’t fully functional. Contacted corporate who said they’d be in touch and they never followed up.
