the room was clean overall. the bed squeaked anytime i moved in my sleep which would wake me. i did not have hot water when i showered the fridge kept our drinks cold. the noise from honking trucks at 9am was pretty annoying so ask for a room facing the pool if possible. the view from the balcony was great. check in was a breeze and the complimentary margarita a check in was a plus.

Room conditions were fair , friendly staff, amenities were great, we had dinner at landshark and they had a band playing that was our highlight of the night. Fun fun. However I went with my 7 and 11 year old Wich we love to enjoy the beach and pool . Their were tons of adults drunk and rude to us at pool area.. A lady was extremely rude to them

Charged us a $200 cleaning fee because we had dogs and then didn’t clean our room a single time while we were there. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and things got very damp. I had to go ask for fresh towels. I came with my parents and they insisted I had already paid when I had only paid a deposit, I wanted my parents to pay for their room but I got charged for both.

Everything was good and decent especially when you have good state troopers around making sure everything is good and in order. The vent in the bathrooms doesn’t appear to be working and breakfast prices were a bit high. Other than that everything was great.

The resort was full of options with nice pool area for families or couples. We did have a serious security issue while we were there and while everything turned out ok, I would say the resort could absolutely improve on their procedures for these types of events. I did email the resort directly and never received a response about our concerns.
