There was no parking since people that are not staying there took all the spaces going to the beach. Our window blind doesn’t cover the entire window leaving no privacy. People were hanging in front of our window and the parking lot right in front of our window with people looking in. To make matters worse, we came back from dinner to find 2 cockroaches on the bed. We slept with the light on afraid of roaches crawl on our bed. Before we leave, we found one more cockroach. The experience was horrible.

Rooms are terrible and do not look like the rooms in the pictures. Never had housekeeping services clean up room of restock towels. The only thing positive was the beach access.

Shower was clogged and running over onto the floor. No staff on site after a certain hour so next day called to the front. Shower was not able to be unclogged so we were moved to another room. Nice room with a great view. Stay was nice overall.

My husband and I stay at this hotel every year and every year is better than the next. Coco Beach hotel is small and quaint, it's not a far walk to the water. The rooms are always nice and clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the food is amazing although the drinks are very expensive with bottom shelf liquor probably could work on that a little bit, other than that it is a hidden gem and we cannot wait to get back there every time we leave.

The front desk was very kind. Someone with OCD I do not recommend the stay. If you stay ask for the upgraded room seem to be cleaner. The sheets had stains when we walked in and the clean ones they brought us as well! The room was just not clean.

Meh…

When we arrived, the room wasn’t very clean and had quite a bit of sand. We even encountered a couple of roaches. The water pressure was very low, and maintenance explained that this was the case across the whole island—but the shower handle was also difficult to turn, and the temperature was either scorching hot or ice cold with no middle ground. Contacting the front desk was nearly impossible; if we needed anything, we had to walk over to the bar. The next day, housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room, wish it had been that clean on our first night. The beach access is fantastic, and the bartender was friendly and welcoming. Parking, however, was inconvenient, and the room didn’t even have a phone to call for assistance. Wi-Fi was also very poor.

Good location with walking path to beach. There was a crack in windowsill so bugs were getting in from the outdoors. Water in kitchen was boiling hot no cold water available. Shower was made for a child on height I’m 5’5 and had to squat down significantly to wash my hair shower head wasn’t adjustable
