Dislikes-The front desk has limited staff times and no one to address concerns. We had no hot water and no one was there in the morning till 9am. After the beach bar closed people were loud then there was fighting at 2 am yelling and woke everyone up and I was told that I should have just called the police. No place to hang anything up. No toilet paper holder so the paper is just on the back of the toilet and no hooks or anything to hang wet swimsuits from. The sink base is not even against the wall and wouldn't dare to put anything there. Took many phone calls during the night with no answer then finally in the morning they returned my calls and we transfered to a different property. I was in tears at that point. The picture are NOT accurate to the current conditions. Pool is very small and needs a paint job. No hair dryer or coffee maker in room. Parking can be an issue since 1/2 of it is public beach parking. I could go on and on. I would NOT recommend if you have kids. Likes-The bed was comfortable, right on the beach

Their website claims there is 24/7 office staff. When we arrived, the office was closed. There was no note on the door. I asked housekeeping staff when it would open and was directed to the bar tender in the bar who did checked us in. The office did not open that evening nor before we left the following morning. We had to ask about our free drinks and were told it was a limit of one per room. The bartender phoned her boss and did give us two, claiming Expedia had not worded it correctly. The place has had major upgrades since our last stay and was comfortable.

the cleaning lady just walked in the hotel with her own key while we were in there. A cleaning guy kept making nose outside to our room at 7 am.

Our stay started with a Palmetto Bug in our bathroom. A big nasty bug that looks like a big roach but its a very slow bug. We disposed of three of them during our 7 day stay. The room was clean & okay but management refused to do anything about any of our issues. My husband had on a brand new shirt on & sat on one of the lounge chairs that they had just wiped down. They did not tell us they had wiped it down with bleach water. New shirt ruined & they refused to do anything about it. This place is run down & they have tried to fix it up. But too many things are not going right. Its on the beach, they have a hose & shower you can rinse off on but its has dripping water only. It does not work. I guess you get what you pay for in this case.

I was super disappointed. My room smelled like rotting low tide. I had booked for 3 nights and stayed only one after gaining a pounding headache. The first time I used toilet paper, the holder fell off and the paper rolled across the gritty floor that I did not want to walk barefoot on. The "restaurant" was open for service for about 2 hours total. When I asked for a refund for the two nights I wouldn't be staying there, I was denied. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

To check in you need to go to the bar, wait until they get to you. No parking space since its shared with a beach access. The property is not shown how it really looks starting from the outside of the building and how its not very spacious inside the room and the restroom.
