Great spot to stay pre cruise. Easy £20 cab ride to hotel. Spotlessly clean. Exceptional staff who are the friendliest I have ever encountered in a hotel. Rooms are big and well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. All in all a great stay !

Hotel is fine, but the location is terrible. Have to take a cab everywhere. Only one nearby (sort of) restaurant and nowhere to walk to do any activities, shopping, etc.

Poor beds
The sofa bed was awful the mattress was paper thin and the springs dug in all night. Didnt get any sleep. Weve stayed here before but the beds ruined it for us this time and i cant see us coming back. It was so loud in the corridor with people shouting to each other at 1am, obviously not the hotels fault but just added to our feelings. Buffet breakfast good Staff have always been lovely and no different this time The bed and sleep is the main booking reason for us and it was so bad.

You are far from the downtown area, 15 minutes by taxi. Industrial park around the hotel. Clean and it felt safe

The staff were 1st class and breakfast was good as before but now you can take coffee and croissants to go which was absolutely spot on already booked again
