They’ve got fairly recent tvs with Chromecast.
Too bad they don’t work.
A member of staff came to my room to fix it and even before trying, he candidly admitted “we know there’s this issue, sometime they work but most of the times they don't"
I was puzzled.
On check-out day, I've been randomly charged a full-price breakfast even though I confirmed I wanted to have breakfast on check-in day, taking advantage of a lower pricing compared to a breakfast paid on the spot.
A concierge member, due to the misfortune with the TV in my room offered a free breakfast, so you can imagine my surprise.
When enquiring about it, the reps "Marina" ( the same one who took care of my check-in ) mumbled "I'll look into it, anyway, we waived yesterday's breakfast, not today's one.
Which is completely random as I only stayed one day, so there was only 1 breakfast.
( I just received a message that she'll add 3000 points to my IHG account, whatever...)
It's started OK, went about crappy, then ended in the worst manner.
Never again. Adieu Voco!
