I liked the comfort of the room and the breakfast. I did not like the constant reminder that check in will be at 3 pm. We arrived at 8:30 am after our cruise ship arrival. Despite many guests checking out, it took me several attempts to secure our reservation. Finally at about 1:20 pm, I appriached the desk again, and another staff gladly gave us a room.

The room phone didn’t work: broken handset cord. Reported this, but no attempt to fix or replace. The power adapters offered by front desk didn’t work for a iPhone 15 charger (American). Elevators are inadequate at checkout time. Had to wait 30 minutes to get downstairs. Should assign staggered checkout times to ease the congestion.

It was a pleasant stay for our purpose. The location is very convenient for cruising and transport to airports. Breakfast were very good and dinning staff were very friendly and attentive . Unfortunately we were allocated a disabled room which we didn’t requested and was not informed. The room was not convenient for non disabled person .

Location great near cruise terminal. Website said it had laundry facilities. It did not. Traveling for 3 weeks planned to do laundry there. Instead headed to cruise with suitcase full of dirty clothes. Very disappointing.

Only good if you are coming in the night before your cruise and you want to walk to the ship. Otherwise, location is not convenient for other things in Southampton. Hotel is always super busy. Elevators are too small/undersized (max 4 people/fewer with luggage) The rooms are average size and minimally furnished. The superior room has an included minibar, which is nice. The restaurant, both for included breakfast and lunch/dinner, is surprisingly good and affordable, but can get crowded. Checking out, we had to wait 30 minutes for the elevator. Some took the stairs 9 stories down. Staff are nice. Big concern for me: The staff let us store our bags early the day of check-in, but the room was not secured and monitored. It was a big room that had a lock on the door, but the door was often unlocked, NO luggage tags/claim checks were issued, and guests were allowed to put bags in the room and take bags out of the room unsupervised. A dishonest person could easily take an "extra" bag. Given this is such a busy "full service" hotel, they really should have a bellman.

The room is spacious with clean and new bathroom. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room. Check in is slow as too many people checking in all hours. Breakfast is included which is very nice. The staff serving breakfast is nice and friendly too. Overall we had enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here after our cruise, it was close to the port. This hotel was old and dingy. The beds were clean, but the room was musty and old. The corners of the room had dirt build up. I would not recommend this place for more than one night.
