The staff is very friendly and the location is excellent, very close to stores, dining (many options) and cruise port. We travel from US to take our cruise, we arrived early and the staff keep our luggage safe until it was time for check in so we can explore the area. It’s definitely a place to return.

The front desk staff was amazing, they were so helpful as i was getting ready to go on a cruise. We had a nice dinner and the breakfast buffet was very good. I loved staying there.

Mouldy room
The room has a terrible mould smell, when I spoke with reception they told me that wasn’t possible as the room was used daily and just sent a person to spray air freshener, the person that came to that realises the smell was really strong and apologised but they told me there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked and since I had already paid for my room they couldn’t give me a refund, so they just refunded me what I had payed for the parking. Mould is really bad for your health we were a family of 4, that room should not have been available for anyone, they were doing some works on floors above and we could hear the water dripping and that’s what caused the mould, the wall I the toilet was wet and smelled terrible, the next morning they switched the water off and the dripping stopped but I honestly believe that room was NOT adequate for anyone to stay there. I was really disappointed, we went there to celebrate my husbands bday and the experience did spoil our stay there

Great location. Short walk to shopping, pubs, and movie theater. Complimentary breakfast was very good as well as the restaurant for lunch and dinner and the Starbucks for coffee. Coffee setup in the room was good and the kitkat bars were a nice extra. Room didn’t have a bathtub, fridge, safe, clock, or washcloths but we made do. Hallway needed vacuuming but otherwise everything else was clean. Would stay again.
