Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room, clean and modern. Good choice of food, both breakfast and dinner. Good location for the docks. Definitely use again when staying in Southampton.

There were a few staff that were not friendly, one bar tender (morning shift) was not experienced and definitely not interested in waiting on us. She did not know drink names … nor did she want to wait on us! At one point she left and there was no service at all.
