Nice place walking distance to Cruise Port
The mattress was surprisingly comfortable despite how it looks in the pictures. Town is walkable. Happy to have gotten recommendations from the lady at reception to go to Whetherspoons.

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. The room was clean but in need of a little TLC with some of the hooks on the walls being loose. The pillows were a little bit lumpy but the bed was fine- overall good value for the price I paid and a good base in Southampton 10 minutes walk from both the coach station and the train station

Very clean rooms and comfortable. The doors are not easy to operate - it would be appreciated if somebody told us to swipe the card in and out quickly - been struggling with mine 4 or 5 times & had to go back down 3 floors to reception each time. My basin sink is blocked and no hand towel. Also really disappointed with the no kettle. Some people spoil it for others. Added to that there is a charge for tea, coffee & milk! I might try Travellodge next time although further away. :(

My stay here at the ibis hotel Southampton was terrible bad location for a hotel and also my room was cleaned once in 8 nights here, I was asking daily for my room to be cleaned and was never cleaned till the day before I left very bad

Just needed somewhere to stay for a good price as my car needed to go into the garage the next day and met a friend in town when I arrived. So I didn't spend much downtime there but had a great stay in a warm room and would recommend this place staff were helpful and parking easy.

a budget hotel which is just right for a nights sleep. Mcdonald’s and TGIF is next door if you need a quick bite. i was taking a cruise ship the next day and its about a 30 min walk there. not too bad. i would stay here again especially for the price.
