This is a budget hotel but the rooms are as good as more expensive hotels and all the staff we encountered were very helpful and pleasant. We cannot comment on meals as we dd not dine there. The hotel is adjacent a retail park which was not a problem, the Westgate shopping centre is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Local transport does not run to the hotel but is within 10-15 minutes walk.

Felt as if we were being gouged. Regular price is less than half of what we paid because it was a port say. Bare bones...barest we've stayed in for the price. Rooms are tiny.

Good value for money. Location amazing.
The room was lovely and clean. Unfortunately the cold air was not working so it was horrendously hot during the night. The fan in the room was filled with dust so we didn't use that.

It’s perfect for a basic hotel, it was walking distance to a lot of places and had dining options next door or close by There was only one double plug socket so if you need to charge more than 2 things then It wasn’t ideal - a suggestion would be to add USB points in the room but other than that it was clean and tidy and the room was in good condition
