Great place to stay when I was in Seattle for a surgery. I needed an accessible bathroom and they brought up a shower chair. We were in one of the accessible suites so it was comfortable and if we needed anything, they were very accommodating!
I enjoyed my stay for the evening. Quiet on the 4th floor and very comfortable bed. I liked the complimentary breakfast, great selections to choose from evening at 8am given breakfast ended at 9am… and the attendant was polite.
We booked this Comfort Inn during a power outage where we live. The staff bent over backwards to help us get our cat in (the hotel is pet friendly, but only on the 1st floor which isn't mentioned on the Expedia site but the hotel showed up as Per Friendly when selecting that).
Literally 30 minutes after checking in, by a stroke of luck, the power came back on at our home. We fished the stay and had breakfast and went back.
The kindness of the staff and manager will make me choose this location again if we're ever need a place to crash.
A recommendation would be to call ahead if you have a pet to ensure there are pet friendly rooms available.
This was the worst trip I ever experienced I booked at last minute when I was in the hotel's parking lot and it did not state on my booking confirmation or reservation that they did not allow debit cards for deposit that you had to pay upon arrival and they would not refund me and cancel my reservation although it was not my fault because they didn't have it posted then it took over 3 hours to get checked in after I found somebody with a credit card to do my deposit the place is pretty clean but I do not recommend it it is awful service
