Racist,rude,discriminating,poor service
The receptionist was very rude,me and friend felt so discriminated. Very poor service. He even had to take my id and said we would get it the next day plus he made me pay 300 extra when a friend came to visit me in my room because he says we are not allowed to have visitors.. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for any PERSON OF COLOR.

Definitely worthwhile!
The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean with a newly renovated bathroom. Perfect for an overnight stay with a nice and sufficient breakfast. Minus for a somewhat worn interior of the common facilities and the less nice location.

Room with good space, but had dull lighting. Clean except for bathroom floor. Missing hooks on the walls to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom. Window was very difficult to close. Poor television quality and number of channels. OK buffet breakfast, do not expect gourmet. Over all, 20-30% over-priced.

Spoiled my holiday!
Vile little hell hole in the middle of an industrial estate. The room was acceptably clean but sparsely furnished. The TV wasn't tuned in. There was a single duvet in a double cover on a double bed! There were no tea making facilities etc and so out of the way from anywhere. Plus the noise from the car park below was just awful!! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!

The right choice for the price-quality ratio.
I lived in this place for 7 nights with my wife and our two children to visit Stokholm. We chose this hotel for the affordable price and about 30 minutes from the center of Stokholm, with public transport (bus and metro). We paid extra for breakfast and we were pleased with it. The hotel is clean, staffed courteous and receptive to all requests, spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, warmth and warm water without problems. I highly recommend those who have low budgets for accommodation and do not spend much time in the room. You won't regret.

Good location north of Stockholm, easy drive to and from airport, great rates for area. Have used before and will use again! It's nice when the staff remember you, Henrik does a good job with excellent customer service.
