I tried to cancel my reservation within 12 hours of making the reservation and Expedia followed up with the Comfort Inn & Suites 4 times and they never gave in. My child's cheer team had to pull out of a competition because of injuries and they showed no grace or kindness. I even asked for a credit and they didn't agree to it.

Pretty run down, not the nicest, ripped up carpet in front of our door, door looked like it had been crowbarred open, breakfast was awful. Only good part was front desk lady was very kind, smiling, and welcoming.

The elevator was out for a few hours one day and we had to use the stairs. That wasn’t a big deal however when we came down the stairs on the one end of the building, the room right across from the stairs, had a condemned by the city red sign on it, very disconcerting

The room had a musty smell and there were splatters of an unknown substance on the wallpaper near the bed. The curtain was falling down and didnt fully keep the light out. The room directly across the hall had a condemned sign on the door. Didn't give us a “safe” feeling. The front desk person was very pleasant.

This building needs major upgrades and renovations. Way outdated, carpet dirty, musty smell, I feel like this hotel needs dehumidifier, the door frame has rust, and I’m pretty sure there is mold too. Walls are very thin you can hear everything, bottom line demolish this bldg and put a new one up :) with friendly customer service .

We lost power due to Hurricane Helene, so I booked a night for my 9 year old and I. It was nice to get away and charge our electronics. Also, the continental breakfast was great! TVs weren't working and staff had issues with check-ins due to splotchy wifi. But that wasn't their fault. Our room was clean, but it did look like they needed some general contracting upgrades. Overall, it did what it needed to do, and I'm extremely grateful we found the vacancy!

Traveling across states to a business meeting and needed a location off the interstate for a quick nap and shower. If I knew then, what I know now, I would have driven an additional 10-15 minutes after midnight for better accommodations.

We checked into the room kind of late and because of the dark carpet we did not notice that it was soaking wet along the window. There was water leaking from the A/C unit in our room which ruined our luggage and clothes. The leak could not have been new because it had reached all the way to the bed. We pretty much went straight to bed and did not realize until the morning when it was time to check out.

This property was nice, once upon a time. Now! It's horrible. The picture is a gross misrepresentation of the condition. The carpet is so worn out, that it has huge holes in it. The property smells like stale cigarettes, which ironically is supposed to be a non-smoking building. I got bit by bed bugs on my arms 8 times. The bed was as hard as cement. I complained and tried to get a refund but was not able to. instead, they gave me an upgraded room, which was the Hot Tub Suite, which was musty and smelly from the old leaking hot tub over the years. Disgusting! The room was not clean. The cleaning person left her hair on the furniture, in the bathroom and the towels. Additionally, never made up the bed. This was the worse hotel experience I ever had. This is supposed to be Choice Hotel. It will never be my choice again.
