For shared use: property 6'000 m2 with meadow, natural pond, swimming pool round (8 m diameter, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Patio. In the house: bicycle rental. Bread roll service. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2.5 km, railway station 3.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, sled run 1 km. Nearby attractions: Nationalparkzentrum Neuschönau 17 km, Baumwipfelpfad 17 km, Passau 45 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Mitterfirmiansreut 31 km, Geißkopf 22 km, Großer Arber 37 km. Hiking paths: Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald 3 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Family atmosphere in 3 comfortable log chalets. Largely self-sufficient energy supply with photovoltaic system, infrared heating and Swedish stoves. The firewood comes from our own small forest with natural pond and stream.
