The room did not have the advertised number of beds. Even when I complained, the new room still did not have the master and two smaller beds.
Restaurant was not open Saturday night, but for E12, we had wonderful antipasti and vino rosso della casa. It was nice of them to make arrangements for us, but no restaurants were available before 8:30.
The staff was accomodating, but when I asked to take a biscotti for the trip home for the children, I was not allowed.
I think most of the problems were because of my English and little Italian. I'm glad I had the Hotels.com site still loaded into the iPad so I could show the desk clerk my reservation and get a better room.
Wifi does not reach into the room. 20m from the common area. It only seems to work near the front desk.
I am thinking that the hotel would be absolutely wonderful in the high summer season with the two restaurants and lots of tenants. But in the off season of winter/early spring, the pool was not operational, and the hotel seemed to still be getting ready for the coming season, they weren't ready for us.
