It is in a bad neighborhood. They do lock the gate at night. They also have a nice camera system. Which is great. Also you cannot get inside at night with key card. The staff was friendly and saw to our needs. Hotel 4th floor needs some updates. Other than that, we had a nice quiet room. Just get ther before dark, when the homeless conjugate along hotel fence.

The hotel itself is nice. It is conveniently located near the interstate and is an 10 minute drive to the airport. Our shower had 15 hairs on the shower pan and walls. The bathroom sink had a couple hairs also. The hotel has a large homeless population walking around the area. They seemed to stay out of the hotels parking lot and instead hung out at 7 Eleven and surrounding sidewalks.

Absolutely HORRIBLE location. Hotel clearly states they have parking but it is gated and the lot was full so we were told to go park on the street (at 11pm). Many homeless and druggies wandering around, some tearing vehicles apart. We had 4 young sleeping children a few bags to carry in and they expected us to do so from outside the gate. They wouldn’t refund us right away because we booked through Expedia. The desk clerk said to have Expedia contact the manager next day and get the refund but once we talked to Expedia they said the manager refused to refund. So the MANAGER definitely didn’t keep his word or maybe the desk clerk lied. Who knows - definitely avoid this hotel.

The room was all good, but there’s issue with parking, the parking has very limited spots and if they get full, you will be asked to park on the street which is not safe at all. My friend’s car was broken into in the parking lot which has some fence.

The breakfast was wonderful! The hotel was very nice and very clean. Felt very safe and comfortable inside the hotel. Outside the hotel parking lot had a lot of homelessness but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself, just something to be aware of. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend!

The front desk staff cheerfully greeted us. We felt truly welcomed. The bed was very comfortable though the pillows were miniscule. My white socks gave evidence that the carpet needed a shampoo. Breakfast was hot and very tasty and way more than expected. The attendant kept the fine selection of foods full. Delightful stay.

Very nice property, friendly staff. Room was nice, quiet with good amenities. King bad was nice as well as breakfast and the gym. Surrounding area in down towm Spokane has nice dining options. I enjoyed the time there.
