This new construction apartment boasts 10-foot ceilings throughout, a full kitchen, heating/air conditioning in each room, and washer/dryer. The location provides a pleasant getaway in a quiet neighborhood that is close to many walkable amenities— including beautiful Olmsted Parks (Manito, Cannon Hill, and Cliff) with the amazing Duncan, Japanese, and Lilac gardens as well as extensive playgrounds/ splash pad just down the street in Manito Park. Enjoy a stroll down the historic Manito Boulevard and stop off at Rockwood Bakery for coffee or a meal; venture out to Manito Tap House, Republic Pi, or stop off for a drink at Boundary Bay Brewing or Thomas Hammer Coffee- all within four blocks of here. You'll be a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Spokane and Kendall Yards, where you can enjoy many more restaurants, shows, and Riverfront Park. We are also only a 5 minute drive to the Perry District— with Perry Street Brewing, Lantern Tap House, Perry Street Pizza, and Grain Shed. The apartment is located on our gated property above a detached garage. We have an incredibly friendly, elderly dog named Wally who may want to approach you to say "hello" when he's enjoying the backyard; please let us know if you'd rather not see Wally in the backyard and we can close his dog door. :)

Modern comfy Stay

Great Spokane hideaway
Beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood. The property is well equipped and clean. The space is homey and secure. The owners live on-site (seperate house) and were welcoming and accommodating. The neighborhood is easily walkable yet close to everything you need. Absolutely will be back!!!!

Charming and convenient
This lovely apartment is within walking distance to tree lined South Hill boulevards and Manito Park. A great walking neighborhood. It is clean and fresh and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mattresses are great and the kitchen offers all amenities. It is tucked behind the owner's home and feels very secure. They were friendly hosts but the unit offers quiet and complete privacy. A wonderful base for my recent stay to visit old friends!

Air condition was a must in June. Apartment, felt like a clean modern stay right next to Manito park. Tree lined streets with a beautiful walk about neighborhood on the South Hill. Security was really good I almost locked myself In before I realized where the code box was to the gate.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We loved that there was an AC unit in each bedroom. We also liked the location as it was close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.
