The place was immaculate so the housekeeping staff are top notch. The other staff were great also. Our big problem? We were in room 233 and several doors down from an exterior door which kept slamming every time somebody went through it, which was pretty much all the night. Then other guests came into their room up above ours, and made a tremendous amount of noise starting at midnight. It was mainly the slamming door and the guest upstairs. There is a nice place to walk behind the place, and really in every other way it’s great, but it was just impossible to sleep there. Tthe slamming door I think is preventable with a different type of door closing device, then is currently there. I don’t think we will be staying there again unless we call them and can confirm that they have changed the way those doors close. It may seem like a small thing, but it’s quite disturbing when you’re trying to sleep. Such a loud noise randomly happen all night long.

The staff here are awesome. Especially Angel. She welconed us for breakfast and made us french toast. She went out of her way to do ao. It was nice to leave the hotwl in the morning on a positive note and she made thay happen. Great job Angel
