Several maintenance issues needed attention.1. One of the mattresses on one of the beds was totally broken down and needed to be replaces.. 2. The room needed a 2nd chair. The chair supplied for the desk was a very, very, cheap stacking chair and there should have been an office type chair there with rollers on its feet.

It was in a great location. The Spokane River walk was right out front with easy access to Riverfront Park. The hotel staff was friendly as well.

We quite enjoyed our stay at this property. The team here is excellent, everyone we interacted with was very friendly and willing to help out. We will definitely stay here on our future trips to the Spokane area.

We love the hotel location along the river, pool, hot tub, and bikes to ride. However this time the bike needed brake maintenance so I returned the bike after trying to ride. 😩. Hotel has a wonderful restaurant too.

I loved the diner attached to the hotel. I hated that I could hear everyone closing there doors when I was trying to sleep. Next time, I will get the second floor. The people above were really loud as well.The homeless just down the road was difficult to be around. The staff was awesome and very helpful
