Book Spring Lake hotels

We so enjoyed our stay ! The apartment is very nice with a cozy cabin feel. The view of the lake and autumn colors were vibrant! We especially enjoyed afternoon/evening campfires. Jeannie checked us in and made sure we were comfortable.....also offered information about colorful scenic drives and hiking trails. I would recomend a stay at her apartment if youre in the Northern MN area !! :)

Great place to get away from the hustle of the cities. Quiet. Peaceful and Great Lake for fishing. Wildlife is spectacular to watch with deer’s, eagles, and much more

Our best family Labor Day yet!! This former lodge was awesome!! Filled with character, nostalgia and charm. Huge lake with magnificent sunsets. Our host was great on all levels. Easy to reach and prompt responses to our questions. Highly recommend Bowstring Lodge

As you get closer to the cabin the forest gets more dense.Look up at the lush canopy that surrounds you.Suddenly it’s quiet and the noise of the outside world is gone.The cabin has a short steep driveway off a quiet dirt road.It feels very private.The large fire pit(great for fire cooking)is surrounded by tall trees & moss covered ground.Bring your phone and go on a mushroom hunt around the property.The bathroom is the fanciest outhouse you will find. It has running water spacious &chandelier lighting.The outdoor shower is an experience that has to be felt not described.Turn off all lights and shower under the stars and moon at night.Inside the cabin the beds are comfortable. Sleep with the windows open so the loons and owls can sing you to sleep. A large fire place and the charm of the rustic decor beckon a romantic evening.The deck off the back of the cabin feels like a tree house nestled in tall towering trees the birds & squirrels are at your finger tips.Throw an air mattress out there and sleep under the stars & trees.The lake is down a path yes you will have to hike it back up.Its your excuse to eat more s’mores.The beach has tubes a large floating mat paddle&row boat kayaks paddle board etc.Fish are abundant! Fish at night off the dock is magical.Also star gazing off the dock.Its lovely here and a great way to refresh and ground your self. The lake is legit, the chonkiest walleyes! Something to note, which wasn’t on the listing: there is no garbage service provided at this cabin. we stayed for 2 weeks, and it was a real hassle, especially because there is a garbage company that services the area. there are no places in town to drop off a bag full of trash. the kitchen is well-appointed, and the toilet paper isn’t one-ply :)
