We were going to stay a night. We kept having issues with our room. We got moved to another room. New different issues wasn’t much of an upgrade as they stated. Shower handle got stuck, bugs, ect, just a lot of issue. They moved us a third time, this room I almost got stuck due to the broken handle in the bathroom. Went to to talk to a manger on Monday morning as I checked out and they didn’t have a manger on staff. They did have a nice breakfast and a nice staff that tried but unfortunately it’s above their pay grade.

Room, mattress, excellent.. facility, nice clean, excellent. Only complaint. On 3 rd floor and ice and vending machine was out of order. Had to go to different floor for ice! Will definitlely stay again!

We went hunting down there and got a room for reserve and insurance just in case we canceled. Tried to cancel at 4 o'clock and they told us we can only do until 3 o'clock so I'm out a $150 sucks.

When we checked in there was drywall mud that had fallen out of the ceiling into the bath tub. Had to scrap it off the tub to get the tub to drain properly. It was a very poorly done, recent repair. There was also Black mold Stachybotrys chartarum on the bathroom ceiling near the repair. (I'm a building and mold inspector) One member of our party felt sick while in the room. The toilet also did not flush unless you held the handle or opened the tank and held the flapper valve open. It almost over flowed 4 times during our stay. We informed the staff, all they did was write it down in a note book to let someone know later.
