The lady that checked me in was so nice and sweet she made sure I got my room my credit card was no going thru and the lady took time to called me and let me know what was going on I immediately took action and went to the hotel to fix it I appreciate her for calling me because I would’ve been left with no room… thank you to the front desk lady you rock!

There were a few issues with the room we had: 1) it was on the second floor and the hotel did not have an elevator (am thinking the individuals with access needs might stay on the first floor?) 2) the toilet in the restroom had water that was running - waste in an agricultural community 3) the drawers in the dresser would open periodically without being touched - could be an issue for someone tripping on the open drawer 4) could not change the channels on the TV - perhaps the remote was not working? 5) upon checkout, we would have let the person at the front desk know, but no one was at the front desk, so we left our keys

Everytime we come back to the room it smells like pee. Upon checking in, the toilet didn't flush, tried calling front desk the phone didn't work either. I've stayed at Best Western in different places and so far this one is the worse.
