Overall was a good place and will certainly stay again, but our room wasn’t ready at 4 Pm they provided us with a validated parking for this inconvenience and I really appreciate. Valet department should be more efficient and not block the traffic in and out, I have to bring this concern to one of the employees but he didn’t appreciate unfortunately. I hope the management can review this and make the appropriate action this will only help the Hotel brand.

This was a great option for St. Augustine. It’s really close to the historic district, but not right in it so you avoid some of the hustle and bustle. We visited during nights of lights just before Christmas, which makes the prices a little higher but it’s worth it for the location, size of the room, and good service. The traffic towards Nights of Lights (around 6pm and on) was pretty bad so I’d recommend taking an uber somewhere nearby then walking 10-15 minutes towards the district. The only thing we weren’t aware of was having to pay for parking at the hotel, which was about $10/night. Overall, would recommend.
