We arrived a couple of hours early before check-in on 11/29. The desk person (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) could not have been more helpful. Although she couldn't get us checked in early, it was OK. Close to a convenience store and places to eat. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Not a top-of-the-line luxury hotel, but one we frequent. Always clean, available, and affordable. If I had any suggestion, it might be to get a better entrance sign. Thank you for another great stay. We'll be back.

Unit was filthy.( sand all over the floor/ last persons key card sitting on the table. The bed was made and new towels but that was it. Not sure if anything was even cleaned! Overall, I would never suggest anyone go there. A Giirl was sleeping on the couch in the lobby the first morning. The next day she was sleeping with her head on the table. They Advertised on their web site (and when we checked in,) as having a continental breakfast. All that they had was coffee! This place was an absolute Dive!

This is our third time staying at this property. I'll start with the positives. We love the location, right across from the pier. The room is pretty clean and comfortable, though the hotel is showing its age and could use some upgrades. Overall, I feel it's a decent value for what we paid, and the staff was very friendly. Having said that, we'll probably choose another hotel for our next stay. There are several areas in need of a good cleaning. The windows around the pool area are filthy. The ice machine on the first level didn't work. We would have liked for there to be a safe in the room, and breakfast is no longer included, only coffee. To be fair, we knew about the lack of a safe and breakfast from other reviews - just stating a preference. Also, the neighborhood doesn't feel as safe as it once did (not the hotel's fault, obviously). By far the worst was the elevator. We only used it once, at the end of our stay, to take our luggage out on a cart. It smelled awful, and the floor was really sticky. We chose to take the steps back up to our room after unloading. In general, this hotel met our needs for our stay. But I think there are probably better options for us in the area next time around.

For one night stay, this place was perfect. Didn't break the bank. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, everything was neat and clean, NO bugs!, microwave and mini fridge available, as well as a coffee maker too. TV works, and has cable, bed was huge (bigger than mine at home!), fresh linens, AC/Heat worked fantastic. Only thing I could really suggest is to improve the security mechanisms for the room doors. As someone traveling alone, I would have felt better with a chain lock in addition to the magnetic swipe card.

-1000 * i arrived front desk lady was very nice. I was given room #125 walked in first thing i saw was a chair covered in stains. It smelled horrible. I checked sheets & towels, mattress had bed bug cover "YIKES". Look in fridge. It was filthy had old food mold and god knows what else. Went to front desk lady asked for me to try one more room. Gave me #127. I walked in the smell was so bad i had to get out. The upstair people sounded like a herd of elephants. I demanded a refund and found another room

If you want a cheap clean place this is it! Staff are very friendly but this is a budget place. Towels are thread bare and it’s dated but if you know that going in it’s totally fine. Was clean and suited our needs. Would stay again.

Perfect base for nearby concert
Given the price of other hotels in the immediate vicinity this one is a bargain! Sure, it is a budget property, but if you are looking for a clean bed close to the beach this fits the bill perfectly. For us it was a one night stop to go to a Blackberry Smoke concert 2 miles up the road at The St Augustine Amphitheater. One of our favourite music venues and an amazing show. Will stay here next time if the price is right as it saves the 2 hour plus late night drive back to Kissimmee.
