Very basic place, coffee carafe almost always empty, breakfast is almost a joke, as even the orange juice tastes watered down. Nonetheless, the place was clean, which counts for a lot.

The room was nice but there was not any cups or glasses to be able to take our meds. There was two in our room with just one wash rag and one hand towel, called down to the desk and was told we had to wait for them to come out of the washer. Sorry to say it was not a Hilton quality. Very moldy smell. Lots of cracks and water spots elevator not always working. Towels very small and rough. No shower mat No shampoo or lotion in bottles. No tissue no ice bucket. Nice location. Second room no shower curtain and under the bed was a dirty pair of underwear. So obviously the cleaning staff inadequate. Hot tub was hot Definitely centrally located. Wouldn’t recommend to many issues for it to be a Hilton

We checked in between 4:00 and 4:30 pm and were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. After a considerable wait, we were reassigned to a room on a different floor. The ice bucket in the room was filthy. There was a notice that the rooms were only cleaned or restored every three days. We were given two bath towels, two washcloths and no hand towels. This was supposed to last for three days. The third day, I asked a cleaning person for more towels, and she told me that all the towels were in the dryer and she would bring some to our room when they were done. Fresh towels were never delivered. The body wash bottle in the shower was empty. There were no cups in the room. The 4th floor ice machine was broken. There was no coffee maker or microwave in the room. I want coffee when I get out of bed, not after I get dressed and go to the lobby to get it. Additionally, I drink at least three cups of coffee every morning and I want to drink it in bed while I watch tv. If I get more than one cup of coffee in the lobby and take them back to the room, they are cold by the time I’ve finished my first cup and there is no microwave to reheat them. If I have leftovers from a restaurant meal and want to have them as a midnight snack, I have to get dressed and go to the lobby to reheat it. This is totally unacceptable. There was a charge for parking even though the information for the hotel said there was free parking.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent staff. Great location, loved the holiday decorations! There is complementary coffee available in the lobby and a bagel and yogurt bar in the morning. One of the elevators gets stuck if you push a button more than once...which is a little nerve wracking but great stay otherwise!

The employees were wonderful, hotel was clean & close to St Augustine but we were very disappointed in the breakfast if you could call it that. They only had bagels, packaged muffins, & orange juice along with coffee & tea.

Our room was next to a side entrance that hotel guests could use to enter the building. Constantly heard the slamming door throughout the night. Tried to check in through the app at 10:30AM, check in was not ready at 4:00pm, requested a digital key and did not receive it until we had to check-in at the front desk, after waiting behind 4 groups of guests also trying to check in at that time. Overall is an okay place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep.
