Request for Refund Due to Failed Check-In

I arrived at the hotel on December 27th at 8:30 PM, but unfortunately, there was no one available to assist me with check-in. I attempted to reach out by email and called the emergency number, but I did not receive any help.
I waited at the property until 11:30 PM, but after no response or assistance, I had no choice but to find and rent another hotel for the night. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I feel as though I have lost my money.
I kindly request a full refund for my reservation as I was unable to access the room I had paid for. I trust that you will address this matter promptly, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
