The exterior offers under-house concrete parking and a convenient covered entry. The sparkling pool with beautiful tropical foliage is the focus of the beautifully landscaped backyard. An enclosed outdoor shower greets you after a day at the beach, and a fish-cleaning area is provided for your fresh catch. A screened entertainment patio boasts a large TV, an outdoor bar with a full-size refrigerator, a patio table, and ample outdoor furnishings for game time or relaxing.

The second floor features island comfort with high ceilings and many windows providing beautiful, natural light. The well-appointed, open kitchen boasts a prep island, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. There's a breakfast bar for mingling with the chef. Two dining tables ensure everyone has a place to sit when the coastal feast is prepared. The living room features a 60-inch TV and a fantastic wood-burning fireplace to enjoy in the cooler months. Two large sofas provide plenty of seating for movie night, and a wet bar offers added convenience. A Pack-N-Play and high chair are available for the littlest vacationers.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Awesome Vacation!
This house was perfect for us and our fur baby Miller. The location was great. We could walk across the road to get to the beach, and had a decent view of the beach from the kitchen. The private pool was beautiful, cleaned everyday. It was positioned where most of the day you could get some sun and the end of the day there was some shade provided by the nice palm trees surrounding it. The house and everything in it was very clean and kept very nice. We have stayed in a lot of houses and some could take a note from this one book. A very short drive and walk to the jetty. We found a perfect little cove to have a beach day, where we fished, swam, explored and relaxed. The house had everything we needed from a fully equipped kitchen to family games, plenty of linens, soap, shampoo and conditioners in every bathroom and lots of towels. This exceeded our expectations! We were very happy vacationers! We would recommend this house to anyone! We will be coming back for a third trip to St George Island!

Not as advertised
It advertises 5 bedrooms, but their are only 3 real bedrooms. Another is a room with Murphy bed but a/c doesn’t work in there. The other “room” is a nook in main living area with a pull out. The two so-called rooms upstairs only has a half bath in kitchen. No shower., House is older but and has not been kept up. Carpet is absolutely awful. It’s a dog friendly house, but…. I would not recommend to a friend. I do not like giving bad reviews btw!
