This spacious custom home offers all of the amenities needed for a dream vacation by the sea! A beautifully luxurious home, A Dream To Sea boasts 5 bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathroom, beachfront view and access to a Gulf front deck—a great option for a large family vacation or business retreat!

The recently remodeled living area is located on the 1st level of our upscale beach home. The open living/dining/kitchen concept is great for entertaining large groups and allows families to stay connected to create memories that will last a lifetime. The living room offers comfortable seating after a long day at the beach, where you can relax as you recount the day’s activities or indulge in a movie on the large flat panel TV. A gas fireplace provides heartwarming ambiance during the colder months and large sliding glass doors invite you back to the beach with their incredible views of shimmering Gulf waters.

The modern kitchen is a chef’s dream with a 5 burner induction stove, oven, microwave, wine cooler, full size refrigerator, 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers! A separate ice maker, quality cookware and plenty of kitchen and eating utensils add to the amazing convenience of this top notch kitchen. Granite countertops and a tiled backsplash add to the feel of luxury beach living.

The large dining table seats up to 10 for an inclusive dining experience with a Gulf view. Additional seating for 4 is available at the breakfast bar or you may prefer to enjoy your meals on the covered deck.

A cool hued and inviting King bedroom is also located on the 1st Level, with access to the beachfront covered deck and a private bathroom with tiled shower.

The 2nd level offers 3 bedrooms: the Bunk bedroom has 2 double bunk beds, sleeping up to 4 persons each (for a total of 8) and would work well for adults or children. A sliding glass door opens to the sundeck with more breathtaking Gulf views and the private bath has both a full size bathtub and stand up shower. The spacious King bedroom has 2 sliding glass doors which open to the Gulf front sundeck and a private bath with tiled shower completes the suite. The Queen bedroom also has Gulf front sundeck access and a private bath with full size bathtub and tiled shower. The laundry room is also located on this level with HE washer, dryer, sink and beach towels available for your use.

The newly remodeled King Master Suite is located on the 3rd level of our home, where panoramic beach and Gulf views are abound! A morning kitchen alcove with beverage center, bar sink and convenient single-cup coffee maker allow you to begin your day of leisure without disturbing the household below. Additional features include a walk-in closet and large private bath with a large, tiled shower with 2 shower heads and seamless glass doors. A 50" wall mounted flat panel TV and oversized reading chair are just a few of the personal touches that may have you spending most of your time indoors! The private, covered balcony will beckon you back to the beach as you watch the waves wash upon the shore from your personal piece of paradise. PLEASE NOTE, the elevator does not travel to this floor.

The private swimming pool is a desirable place to relax in the sunshine with spacious decking and comfortable furniture and can be heated for an additional $400 + tax fee (some restrictions apply). Pool floats and sand toys can be found in the outdoor storage closet.
