Great location, very attentive staff and overall a very well run hotel with a good atmosphere.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the town centre and, importantly for us, the bus station. Our room was very comfy and a great place to relax after busy days out and about around the island. Also enjoyed spending time in the lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast, included, was great. Our only very tiny gripe would be that the WiFi signal was patchy in our room but we had no problems using it in the lounge or restaurant

We loved the terrace and enjoyed the tapas and drinks in the sunshine. Our room was spotless and accessible for my ageing mum. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Staff so helpful and friendly

Great hotel in the heart of St Helier.

Looks a little unprepossessing on arrival but inside it is beautifully decorated, the staff are universally impressive and the breakfast is superb. Would definitely come back.

Third time I've stayed here, always get a friendly welcome and enjoy my stay , it's close to everything and very comfortable, it's the first place I try to book when I visit jersey and will continue to do so on future visits
