To book or not to book?
From the get go, communication directly from owner. Communication from the resort, answering every question. If you think you forgot to pack something, this unit is well equipped. If not, everything is within walking distance. Short walk to numerous restaurants and shops. You will not be disappointed if you book here! Clean, easy, friendly and exceptional place to reserve on St.John.

Great location, spectacular views.
We had a great stay, host was great. The reason we did not give a full 5 star review was that the pool was being resurfaced and we were not informed of this. We feel that we did not get the full value as advertised. However we would stay again, but check that all is working next time. St John’s is awesome and we are glad we chose to stay on this island vs St Thomas.

Fabulous Getaway
My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary on St. John. The condo was lovely. It met all of our needs. We really appreciated all the beach gear that was available to us to use. The location was perfect. Easily walkable to many restaurants and bars. Anna May was so personable and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful and perfect location for anniversary trip
Second time staying at Anna May's properties. Stayed at the Surfside 1 bedroom this time. We enjoyed the extra room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Views were beautiful. We had a flight delay due to weather and could not get to St John til the next day. Anna May took the time from her family vacation to come to our room to make sure everything was ok and generously refunded our first night. Darren was very responsive and patient while we were delayed. He picked us up promptly and gave us great information. Location is a short 2-10 min walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Even though we didn't use a car, option with 1 bedroom to rent with parking spot is a great perk as well I would definitely choose Anna May's properties again.

A great find on St. John
I spent the week with my 13-year-old grandson and this condo was fantastic for us! Close to town, the view overlooking Cruz Bay was fantastic!! Many thanks and we will definitely be back next year!!

What an incredible stay my wife and I had with our three young children! The space was clean and open and what a view of Cruz Bay. We absolutely loved it. We had everything we needed and more!! The communication from everyone was fantastic. We were greeted upon arrival which made things so easy and quick to get checked into the unit. The property is amazing and management communication was fast/accurate. This condo has wonderful views of Cruz Bay and everything you would need for a great stay is within walking distances. Very nice pool and hot tub and elevator if needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay
Just 2 of us, looking to try some place new. Loved the unit. Loved the location. Arrival was seamless. We did not rent a car. We walked to the grocery store a couple of times. We walked to restaurants in Cruz Bay and Mongoose Junction. We took a cab out to Trunk Bay and Maho Bay Beaches. We cannot wait to come back again next year in the same unit!

We had a Wonderful stay! Everything was in Great shape! The washer and dryer was so handy! The rental jeep was Great for visiting the Northshore beaches! Walking to town was easy for dinner and shopping! We will be back!

This condo was in the perfect location - within walking distance to the bars and restaurants and easy to access from the street. The inside was immaculate and exactly as described. The owner was in contact and responded immediately with any questions I had. I will be back and will stay here again

Another awesome stay!
This was our 3rd year in this condo and we love it (and have already booked for next year). We felt like we were coming home. Everything we needed and some things we didn't know we needed were there. We enjoyed grilling on the terrace and watching everything that happens in Cruz Bay. It is so close to the ferry, the shops, and the restaurants. Walk anywhere in town in minutes. I We LOVE this place.

We loved this place. Very comfortable. Nice to sit and look out on the bay. On the porch you can hear music from the restaurants up the street but we enjoyed that. Very quiet in the bedroom. Great to be in town and have a parking space. This was our second stay at Grand Bay and liked this unit because it looked right out on the bay with no buildings between. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Condo in a Great Location
Third trip to USVI, first time staying on St. John. Cannot beat the location. Easy walk to bars, restaurants, and taxis. King size bed and sleeper sofa were both comfortable. Pool was great for the kids. Rented a jeep for a few days in the middle of our stay and the included parking space was great. Hope to come back again soon!
