I love staying here. I’ve only ever stayed here for a little relaxing getaway. Enjoy the jacuzzi and comfortable beds and delicious room service breakfast from the restaurant there. Always the best, friendly, accommodating service. Love the decor in the main lobby and enjoy getting a latte to go from their cafe when I check out. My favourite hotel. Hopefully will get to check out the swimming pool some time. Will be back!

Overall a good experience. Our favourite place to book, we never have any issues. Only thing I don’t like is you have to walk past the lobby and restaurant to get to the pool

The cleanliness of the inside of the building and the room was great, staff was friendly. The parking lot was snow-covered when I arrived and I did not think much about it. But when I left the next day it was still not cleared including the area around the front door where no cars were parked. no sault no sand. The Cladding on the building was damaged and the high winds created a whistling noise like the air coming out of a balloon the entire night and every so often the banging of the loose cladding. As the building is fairly new I will be interested to see what happens over the next couple of years to see if maintenance will be kept up or continue to slide.

Hotel was great and clean. The slide and pool are excellent place for kids and very clean. The hotel restaurant, was in the lobby and very cold. The atmosphere was not very cozy.

The hotel is up to date, clean & excellent staff. The only con I had, was I booked the suite room cause it was listed as full kitchen; I was travelling for medical and wanted the option to cook for myself. I paid extra for the room to have a full kitchen, but was disappointed upon checkin to find it did not included a stove of any sort.
