The front desk staff were friendly and service was quick. Front lobby was inviting. Hotel was in good condition overall. The grout in our shower was very dark and discolored near the corners and edges. There was hair stuck to the floor on the bathroom when we got there. Sheets and towels seemed clean, bed was comfortable enough but quite soft. Pillows were not very comfortable or consistent in quality. It was really easy to hear everyone and everything in the hallway and floor above ours. We enjoyed the pool, water slide and hot tub. The water in the pool is not warm at all. The hot tub was nice but had a strong chemical smell. The air temperature was nice and warm, especially in contrast to the pool temperature. The towels provided are quite small and thin. There is no continental breakfast and the restaurant prices are high. The coffee for purchase was terrible. We did not purchase any food.

Great stay with minor complaints...
The room was great! Very comfy, king-sized bed, spacious with two high back chairs and table, and a fridge. The only complaints I have are inadequate water pressure, and paper-thin walls. The water pressure was nearly non-existent to the point it took way longer to take a shower. Given there were a lot of kids staying at the hotel, the paper-thin walls made it very noisy until about 10pm.
