Booked the hotel for the pool for my granddaughters someone got injured in the pool from something on the bottom, then the music was loud well past 1 am my granddaughter ends up getting sick all over the bed a big loud band comes in the door (waking up the other granddaughter)from a worker holding a big pile of blankets and passes them to my daughter so we were expected to make the bed ourselves he didn’t even bring a bag to take the smelly dirty vomit close out of the room and expected us to sleep in the room with that smell of course when he came back to get the dirty close(I had to call front desk)he comes beating on the door yet again and so loud I’m sure woke others out of there sleep absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff and to not even got offered a discount or refund was just to much so never again will I rent from that horrible hotel.ps yes I had to strip the bed myself with a extremely bad back.

Terrible mattress for a hilton chain hotel
Room was clean and roomy. But the mattress must have been the original one when the hotel was established.. the left side of the mattress was all sunken in and even visible with the sheets one.. it was the most uncomfortable noght sleep ive had in a hotel in a long time. Im sorry to say but the hotel bramd did not hold up to its reputation...
