This is my second time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff are very helpful and personable. They are knowledgeable about the surrounding area if you aren't certain what to do. The rooms and the property are very well maintained. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Very Nice Hotel and Staff
This is my go to hotel when I go to St. Louis. The staff is always very nice. The breakfast is exceptional. The staff in the dining room is great. They all make sure your time is a happy time.

Okay
It was okay as far as service and friendliness but out floors had dirt so bad our feet were black, the faucet was barely hanging onto the wall, a floorboard was popped up in the room, a book light had exposed wires from being previously broken and we were staying around the wing with construction. This is our second stay here and the other half of the building is much better put together from our first stay. They shouldn’t place guests in the side that’s under construction with multiple issues in rooms.

The staff was so professional, friendly and helpful. Our room a King was absolutely perfect: Clean, roomy, spacious, everything needed was provided. The bathroom was phenomenal. The free breakfast was so delicious, the options incredible. Anytime we travel to St. Louis, this will be our permanent stay.

You can tell that this was an old beautiful building and they have done a wonderful job keeping it up. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be staying here again.
