Doesn't have a breakfast variety, wallpaper was peeling off, bed was very uncomfortable, and there are roaches run around.
The room wasn't great, really run down. Breakfast wasn't great, no protein or hot food, but it was quiet and close to the dr office. Cleaning left something to be desired.

This entire hotel was terrible except the staff were very nice. Smelt like stale cigarettes and mold. I truly could go into grave detail on everything wrong with this hotel and our room, but there’s not enough space to.
Could be a very beautiful hotel. Room neither the bathroom or hallway light worked, burns in the carpet, stains as well.... bed like sleeping on a spring....

Worst experience ever. The room was nasty when i asked for a refund so i could go elsewhere, they promised a full refund in 3days. I never received a refund and the manager act as if he couldn’t find my reservations . DO NOT STAY HERE !! Very unsanitary
Manager was very rude…throw my things in trash even tho my room was paid for and it was nasty water would stay could because of the people using it for food truck….bug problems would never stay there ever again needs new management
The room was kinda clean and as soon as I check into the room the was roaches I told the manger he came right away with a spray. That still did not help as I was still bothered by roaches for my entire stay was so nervous I slept in my clothes

Paid for a late check out they kept knocking on the doors
The room was beat up wallpaper torn water damage in the ceiling a door that barely latched
It was a horrible experience
It should not be a Days properly
The first room they gave me had small black bugs walking around the top of one of the night stands, i called them and they told me to come down for a room change which i did. Then they told me this would be the last room change like i had done this many time. The second room was bug free from what i could tell but lights on the side of the bed visibly dirty, water damage on the wall in different parts of the room and couch in the room very stand and dirty looking. I slept there but very uncomfortable and shower even looked dirty i would not shower in. Very disappointed will never stay there again
I already left the review for my stay, but this HAD to be posted. We checked out today on the 31st. 3rd floor room. I had a 22-min cardiac arrest last year and am HEAVILY asmathic and immunocompromised. The OMLY elevator in yhr ENTIRE hotel was undermaintenance, and all the luggage carts had been locked away. Staff was posting signs at 10:45!
