Made a change to my reservation 5 days ago but it wasn’t in their system. No rooms available due to weather issues at the airport. Had to find another room- didn’t honor my reservation. Beware- if you make a “pay at property” reservation on Expedia they will give away your room without a second thought. It was no problem for them to turn me away.

The room was fine. However, our window looked out onto the indoor pool. I felt the room smelled strongly of cleaning supplies, but that may have been a chlorine smell from the pool? Would have rated better if given a different room not looking onto the pool. Pro: They have a free dinner and drinks, which is nice being stranded out near the airport without a car.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast and evening food service were very good and saved us from going out in traffic and spending money at restaurants. Rooms were clean. Shuttle to the airport at 4:00 am.was a major plus.
