Car was broken into while parked at the front door with supposed security securing property. No one called me or informed me until I walked back into building after seeing my windows bust. Prior to that 1-2am couple faught and arguing in the next room. Paid for 2 non refundable days. Asked for contact info on corporate or franchise number no one seemed to be knowledgeable of any of that information. Asked about previous deposit returns that were charged and never received. Knowledge of that remained still to this day unresolved.

The area surrounding it is a little dicey.. The Drury across the street did have a great restaurant so definitely check that out . The hotel is right next to the freeway and I could very clearly hear the cars coming and going at night.

Photos make it look way better than it is and rooms are run down. Our bed has a dipped center of bed, lamps broken and run down furniture.

The hotel was an ok place to stay. The room key didn’t work when I first got there, which was frustrating. The front desk assistant seemed unaffected by my inconvenience; she didn’t apologize or anything. The same thing happened the next day after I went out and came back the key wouldn’t work. The staff didn’t seem to be concerned about this. Seemed nonplussed. No coffee in the room, which was a disappointment. There was coffee in the main lobby that was tepid and weak— Better than nothing but barely. I asked the front desk for a blow dryer and was informed I had to wait until 11 AM for the manager to arrive, as blow dryers were locked up in her office. So that wasn’t a great impression. The hotel is just OK – – a no-frills place for lodging and underscores the phrase “You get what you pay for.” Keep your expectations low and you won’t be disappointed!

Unfortunately, The hotel was poorly maintained, our room service was very poor, some equipment (coffee maker, hair dryer) were missing or broken. Some light fixtures did not work.

Check-in/out was super easy, the room was clean and staff was very nice. The elevators are a bit slow and creaky, but other than that, our stay was great!

The employees was so nice and helpful. They was very considerate with my husband that is very sick and they asked if we needed a wheel chair or if we needed anything else. I will be coming back to this hotel.
