The property at the iconic Gateway Arch was breathtaking! The views were really inspiring! The staff were all very courteous and helpful! The rooms were very comfortable and well thought out. I couldn't stay for the breakfast, but it smelled wonderful! I would recommend this hotel!

Had to notify the front desk 2 times about the bathtub stopping up and filling with nasty black scummed water and getting all over mine and my spouses feet. Finally they put is in another room on the second day. The room seemed subpar to the first room and they never offered to compensate us for it. Plus packing up and moving rooms almost made us late for our dinner reservations.

The property is great! Staff is very kind and helpful and it’s in a great location. However the walls are paper thin. We checked in and as soon as we opened our door to our room the whole thing smelled like straight weed, and then on our last night had to call security on the people next to us fighting and what sounded like throwing stuff. But over all great and some of those things aren’t in the hands of the hotel.

Excellent location for the Arch, it's literally right outside the door. Parking was really straightforward, with the ability to exit and re-enter using your room key. The gym was excellent, very well equipped and modern. Overall, no issues at all, and a great experience!

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in with my children. The only down side is that parking was $50 for valet and $40 for self parking a night. Without that, I would not mind constantly coming to this specific location.

I loved everything, except I was a little disappointed in Ruth’s Crisp. Food was wonderful. Service not so much. I was going to write a review, but your Bartender Jacob, from Brewhouse, changed my mind. Turned around my whole attitude, because he paid attention to every individual.
