This is probably the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be *dirty*—especially the common areas. The hotel is divided into two sections: the regular side and the luxury side. The “regular” side is outdated, smelled like weed, had beer bottles all over the hallways, was poorly maintained, and the rooms desperately need updating. The front desk service was average, but I will say the restaurant staff and maintenance team were very friendly. Unfortunately, our experience took a turn for the worse when our car was damaged in valet parking. The manager's dismissive attitude made it clear she didn’t see it as her responsibility, which was extremely frustrating. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll be staying at Hilton hotels again.

Beautiful but not sound proof
Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay. My only criticism is that the rooms are not sound proof. You can hear people in the room next to you, as well as guests outside the hotel, and hear their entire conversation. We could also hear the music from the courtyard start up early. So if you want to sleep in, bring ear plugs.

The hotel, stay, and amenities were wonderful. The parking and check in process was horrid. There's signs saying NO PARKING and to wait for valet. after waiting 45 minutes for valet to even acknowledge us I decided to park anyways. Finally got valet taken care of due to the help of another costumer. However, this meant my disabled 80 year old mother could not be dropped off at the front of the hotel due to all of the valet cars being backed up. She was exhausted by the time we got to the hotel room. She had to stay in for the rest of the evening due to this. The hotel was beautiful but would not stay again simply because of the parking/ check in process.

This was a very lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the history and the overall beauty. We also enjoyed the convenience of a wonderful meal at the hotel restaurant and the nearby aquarium. The aquarium encouraged a lot of hands on activities and a different experience than most aquariums. Our kids (10 and 14) also enjoyed the nearby ropes course. Our ONLY critique is someone (likely housekeeping?) attempted to enter our room at 8 am when we still had people sleeping, the security lock kept them from getting in.

I have accessibility issues so they sent me to the farther room. I think they could away nothing close got to my room. Coffee pot was broke Eric dishing heat was it was very cold. I have a heart condition and I will never stay there again.

Zero for customer service.
When we checked in, clearly the clerk saw we had 4 people in our family, we were given keys for a room with 1 king bed. We had ordered a handicapped double bed room due to my husband having a recent foot surgery and needed the roll in shower. After we went to the first room and it was not what I booked we were given keys to a 2nd room that did have 2 beds, but not handicapped accessible. Again to the front desk and I was told that was all they had. No refund was allowed. I give this hotel a zero for customer service.
