The lobby is incredible and the area around the hotel is spectacular. The room was pretty awful though. The bathroom and shower had terrible drainage and was really outdated.

All of the staff was so helpful and accomodating. Dee and Danny the doormen. Devon who checked me in. The older African American guy in the executive lounge was also very nice. My stay was just wonderful.
