There was minimal parking space and the lady behind the desk (who I later found out was the manager) just stared at me when I asked her where I could park. I even asked if she could just point me somewhere to find a parking lot elsewhere and she refused to answer. I caught one of the chefs walking out and he actually helped me find parking. Our room was freezing and they had to trip the breaker to even get the heat to kick on. Then the water never got Luke warm in the shower. The Second Lady I spoke with at checkout was amazing and the hotel is very nice. Biggest concern was the customer service at check in.

The only neg was the parking situation. When we arrived for check in , it was fine. We went off property to eat supper but we came back for the night, my husband dropped me off at the front door while he looked for a spot to park. It seemed like he was gone for ever and whe n he finally arrived back he said he ended up parking in their parking garage. He said it was pitch black , no lights at all. To me that’s a big safety concern. When I mentioned it at the front desk, he said they ve been trying to get an electrician. Other than that, a great stay, including the breakfast

The bed was comfy and the room seemed clean but there’s a couple things I didn’t like. One there wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator in the room. You would figure paying that much for one night those things would be in there. Two check out time is at 11 and the housekeeper came into my room at ten while we were still in there.

We love staying at this hotel. It’s quiet and clean. The atmosphere is so charming and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was plenty for our needs. There is a decent gym and the lobby is a relaxing place to have coffee or play a game of chess. Great location near Forest Park. Parking can be a challenge after 5pm.

Lovely spot for a Christmas stay
We can out to visit our adult children for Christmas. The Cheshire felt cozy and Christmasy. The staff are wonderful. The hot breakfast was somewhat limited, but delicious. The beds were clean and comfortable. One thing to note, the bed frames stick out further than the mattresses, and are just waiting to crack your shin! A great stay overall!

It was so unique and we had a great time! We are and had a couple drinks and it was perfect!! The breakfast area is different; we grabbed some juice and headed back up to pack. It felt like we were in a Christmas Hallmark Movie. 💚❤️

It is a very nice hotel with English theme. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great. The restaurant in hotel is amazing. The neighborhood is nice. The only drawback is that the hotel room we stayed needs some maintenance: the fan was very noisy at night, and the bathtub needed some upgrade.
