Located in the beautiful gated Coral Estate Luxury Resort, this 500m2 villa (plus 200m2 pool deck) definitely leaves nothing to be desired. The breathtaking magical atmosphere in the high ceiling rooms extends over the covered porch and the huge pool level seamlessly into the open sea.
In the 30m2 fully equipped kitchen, even several cooks can not spoil the porridge. Whether in or at the 12x6 meter infinity pool, at the lounge, in the fitness or games room, or in your own bedroom, there is so much space everywhere that even a large group of guests will never feel cramped. Of course, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Take a walk or drive through the resort to the nearby center, where you have free access to the Karakter Beach with its fine restaurants, community pool, bakery with pizza/pasta takeaway and homedelivery service, the wellness-spa, diving school and shop, and more, but to explore all the many sights and beautiful beaches on Curacao, you will definitely want to rent a car (which can be provided on request).

Fun relaxing time with friends
The house was very spacious with a large kitchen. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a dream that no words can match. The sunsets were also breathtaking. One small hiccup was we ran out of gas with the outdoor grill, we contacted the property manager and she had us a new full tank within 10 minutes. You could not ask for better service. Overall a great experience

Stunning Views
The house was amazing -- the view was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The play space upstairs was amazing for our kids. It was a great week and we will be back. The owner and property management were very helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent place to stay
We stayed at the Magic Villa 01/17/25 thru 01/24/25. Everything listed on the VRBO sight was exactly as advertised. The pictures do not do it justice. From the moment you walk in the door, you see the infinite pool and ocean, you know it is going to be a wonderful vacation. From Suzanne, our host to Hans, the owner was very helpful and we had immediate response to any of our concerns that we had. The house is very well stocked and very clean, we didn’t need for anything. Electricity on the island is expensive; we were allotted a certain amount per person per day. If we went over, we would have to pay for the extra amount that we used. We kept within the limit thanks to Suzanne giving us instructions on how to do so. The house has solar panels, so when the electricity went out on the entire island, Hans the owner emailed us to let us know that we should not even notice since the solar panels run most everything in the house except the dryer and air conditioning. To keep within the allotted electricity, we were told to turn the air conditioning off during the day & just turn it on at night to cool down for sleeping. Opening all doors brought a wonderful breeze throughout the house during the day. We did have issues with flies coming in & some mosquitos sitting out by the pool at night. Bug spray is recommended. The Island itself is beautiful, very friendly and we felt very safe traveling throughout the island. We had an amazing stay and would recommend staying here to anyone!

We cannot say enough about how beautiful Villa Magic Time is. The pictures do not do it justice. In addition, Hans, the owner and Susanne, the property manager were incredibly helpful and always available if we had a question or an issue. We will be back!

Villa Magic Time is a beautiful, spacious home! The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and the air conditioners available in each bedroom provide reprieve from the humidity at night. The best thing about Villa Magic Time is the GORGEOUS pool overlooking the ocean! Incredible, relaxing view that makes it hard to want to leave! This home is located in a community with a few restaurants about a mile down the road. If you desire to do more in Willemstad just know it is a considerable drive and traffic is pretty slow. A rental car is a must. The owner and property manager were so kind and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend this amazing home!

Wonderful Family Trip
Our family of ten enjoyed this spacious villa. There was plenty of room to spread out inside, however we spent the majority of our time in the outdoor areas. The covered patio offered ample seating for relaxing and eating. The pool got plenty of use.The location of the villa worked well for us. We enjoyed the three restaurants and beach at the resort down the street. The communication with the owner and property manager was superb. They were responsive to our questions, offered suggestions and even arranged transfers to/from the airport.

Located in a gated community on the ocean. The main beach area is within a 15-minute walk which has a pool/dive shop and restaurants. the views from the property are great. we were with 10 family members and the property with 5 brs and 4 baths is nice. Beach towels and the hot tub use are extra. it was very warm and was not sure about energy usage if the a/c ran to much. We did not go over it but only used it at night only. Would have been better if we used it for part of the day. The communication between the owner and property manager was good.

Villa Magic Time offered everything we needed for a 10 day stay in beautiful Curacao! From the beginning, Hans was a very responsive owner and answered all of our questions before and during our stay. Lara met us at the villa when we arrived, showed us around, and was also available whenever we needed her. The Villa was spacious and clean. But, not to worry about the inside as you will be spending most of the time outside enjoying the pool and spa and the AMAZING views. Watching the iguanas provided us with tons of entertainment. We enjoyed the Coral Estates pizza place and outdoor dining as well as the spa during our stay. Also- get the brownie! We explored the beautiful west end beaches during our stay and they were 7- 30 minutes from Villa Magic Time. Each one more beautiful than the next! The bigger grocer, shops and restaurants were closer to Willemstad, about 30 minutes away in the opposite direction. It was a perfect location for us.

Perfect Villa!
We stayed 10 nights at Villa Magic Time. It was clean and exactly as described, but the dramatic view of the pool and ocean the moment you walk in… can’t be described in words! Hans and the local property managers were great and very responsive. The ACs in the 3 bedrooms we used worked great to cool the rooms while we slept. The pool is huge and loved the infinity edge to hang out over to watch the waves and the iguanas on the rocks. They came on the pool deck often but easy to scoot away (just walk towards them and they run off). They actually provided us a lot of entertainment. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and would come back to the villa in a heartbeat.

Great Family Getaway!
Villa Magic Time was a great house for our family and friends vacation. There were 8 of us total and plenty of space for us all both inside and outside. The island itself is very spread out and a car is a must! You will be looking to drive at least 30 minutes to get anywhere but this is the case no matter where you stay on the island. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing the meals we had at the house. The pool overlooking the ocean was clean and provided for much needed respite from the heat after a day of sight seeing. And we thoroughly loved the iguana friends we made while there. =) Although the island is considered safe and the crime rate is very low, the gated community did provide for a nice sense of security. It was also nice to be able to enjoy the resort beach as well as eat at the restaurants within the resort for the days we did not want to travel far. A very important detail is that electricity on the island is very expensive. Many places make you pay for any electricity used. Villa Magic includes some and it was extremely helpful that upon check in it was explained to us how to stay within those limits so we would not have to pay for any overages. Hans was amazing with communication as was the property managers Susanne and Michael. Would definitely stay there again!

The best family vacation!
Our stay at Villa Magic Time was AMAZING! The house was even better than the listing pictures! I had actual goosebumps when I saw the view of the sea from the pool deck for the first time... just beautiful! The house is huge with more than enough room for our 3 generation family of 7. We especially loved the new large outdoor dining table for dinners at home. From booking to check-out, both the property owner and property manager were wonderful! They were always there for any questions and also offered great advice for beaches to visit, restaurants, grocery stores and areas to visit in the town. I highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

Perfect stay
We stayed at Villa Magic Time with a group of 10 including kids/teens. There is plenty of room for everyone and the outdoor area is perfect for a group. The house was wonderful and Lara was incredibly welcoming and responsive/helpful! The AC in the bedrooms worked wonders! The beaches nearby are also beautiful. Would love to stay there again!

Beautiful Spacious Home!
Highly recommend this home if you are looking for a quiet secluded area in a gated property. We spent most of our time by the pool with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The rental vehicle on site is an added bonus since rentals on the island and hard to come by. We were greeted by the iguanas daily below the pool. Most of the time there were 10 of them and love banana and orange peels. They are not shy and will eat from your hands but make sure you keep some distance.

Our vacation was absolutely amazing: - Hans is the nicest host and a fun guy, it was true pleasure to communicate with him and his friend; - the house is big, well planned and very well kept; - each room has it's own A/C although we practically didn't use them because of the nice breeze from the ocean; - the infinity pool is large and clean with spectacular ocean view; - the community is safe and upscale with two nice restaurants and excellent bakery/pizzeria just 1-2 minutes from the villa; - there is a large well stocked supermarket just about 20 minutes away with good bakery department; - if you like pink flamingos, the famous Flamingo Sanctuary is just a few minutes away; - you can watch and feed multiple iguanas (which is entertaining) just a few feet from the villa :) There was only one serious downside which wasn't easy to overcome... eventually we had to leave this perfect place! :)

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful time at the property. The resort and gated community is beautiful. You are near all the best beaches. It’s a 40 min drive to the city but worth the trip. A few suggestions, more bath towels would be great for a week stay. The swim deck is slippery so wear flip flops. Bring bug spray!!!! If you use the hot tub expect to pay extra for energy. Hans is a great host!

Hans and Nora’s place is beautiful with sunsets, the pool and the views, we didn’t want to leave and explore but we did two out of our six day stay. Hans was very helpful with information about the island and introduced us to the great Norwin our driver. We hope to come back again.

This property is amazing. The rooms are very spacious the kitchen has everything you could possibly want. The views from the pool are spectacular. The property owners couldn't be any nicer. They sent me a warm welcome and were very accommodating. They setup transportation to and from the airport for my family. They made the experience for this first time VRBO'r extremely pleasant and my family and I couldn't be anymore greatful.

We rented Villa Magic Time for our son's wedding; we rented 3 houses total in Coral Estates and this one did not disappoint. Marco was a great host and keep things running as smoothly as possible. The weather was fantastic, and we had a GREAT wedding celebration and week.
