This condo in this lovely retreat have private balconies facing the gulf and a large heated beach font pool. Watch the most amazing sunsets or relax by the pool while enjoying your favorite book and beverage. There are many shops and restaurants nearby with an abundance of water activities available.

Great condo on great beach at great price!
This place has a beautiful view of a quiet section of the Indian shores beach. The condo is large for a 1 bedroom and roomy. Check in was about 15 minutes away from the property, but otherwise smooth and easy. The place was very clean when we checked in. I don't know why it has so many bad reviews. Yes they only give you 1 trashbag and 1 hotel bar of soap, but this helps them keep their rate down. All in all this property is a great value for a condo directly on the beach, and I would definitely stay at this place again.

Condo musty, dingy, dirty, and property management doesn’t care.
The first impression of the condo is a strong musty smell when you open the door. Lasting impression is the owner and property management do the barest of minimum to maintain the condo. The furniture has cheap dollar store couch covers on them. The door trim and switches were stained dirty. The top half of the light above the bathroom mirror was so covered in dust that you couldn’t tell it was supposed to be shiny aluminum finish. The beds were full sized (not Queen) and rock hard. The blinds in the bedroom were the cheapest possible and did not keep the light from the walkway out of your eyes while sleeping at all. There is wicker shelving screwed into the wall in the bathroom that is covered in dust and grime. I emailed the property manager that we were only given 1 trash bag. They emailed back highlighting their “starter supplies only” policy. They warn on the agreement that you will incur additional charges if the condo isn’t “clean” when you leave, but they also feel they need to save $0.10 on a second trash bag. I felt that was the perfect example of the stay: do whatever it takes to spend nothing, including time to clean, on the condo so every penny from the renter is profit. This is clearly more important to them than having repeat customers. Avoid this property if you expect your vacation dollars to buy you anything more than the lowest cost provider. Go someplace where they are willing to provide you more than one trash bag and a clean condo for your stay.

The office to get the keys is a ways down the beach. It took 17min each way to get the keys. Then, you have to drive them all the way back. The kitchen was filled with big gnats. The location was great though.

Beautiful view
Property was clean, and had a beautiful view of the water from the balcony. Key retrieval was a nightmare. Sent copy of ID and credit card via email for contact free check in prior to trip. When we got to the location to pick up keys they were not in the lock box, had to go to another location and was told we couldn’t have the keys until we signed their contract even though we had a signed copy on our phone that we showed the attendant. He was very rude and we finally just signed another copy so we could get the keys and drive to the room. There we little to no essential items at the unit. Only one trash bag and no dishwasher pods. Called the contact info on packet and were told that those items were not necessarily something they provide but we could drive back to the main office to pick them up if we wanted. Ended up asking a cleaning lady in the parking lot for a trash bag and laundry pod. There were two old broken down folding chairs to use at the beach and no beach towels. It did not say those items were provided but we had stayed at the same resort in December in a different unit and it had beach chairs and beach towels provided. The property does have a nice heated pool and Just a couple steps from the pool area you are walking on the beach.

Nice large clean beachfront
The unit we stayed in was clean, large and beachfront. Check-in could be easier if keyless entry/combination locks were used. Having to pickup and drop off keys seems a little out dated. The property was also a little out dated and the beds were very uncomfortable and bouncy. Other than the beds, the unit fit our needs nicely.

Amazing View But Outdated
The condo was very clean and has an amazing view! However, the condo itself is outdated, bare and not cozy/comfortable. The mattress & pillows are hard and uncomfortable, so much so that we went and bought our own pillows so we could sleep. The living room isn't cozy for a family at all. Also, the furniture is very outdated. There were lots of kitchen accessories, but they require you purchase your own toilet paper & paper towels which we've never experienced in any other rental. The check in process isn't the easiest either since you have to drive 15 minutes to get your keys and then to drop them off as well.

Wonderful property with a beautiful view.
We loved this property! Easy to get to, very clean, beautiful view of the ocean and it is a well maintained property. The furnishings are a little dated but in great condition. Our only complaint is that the check-in/check-out location is several blocks from the property. It would be much more convenient if it were closer. But we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

VRBO makes it so easy! I will recommend the condo to anyone wanting a beach vacation. You can't get a better experience! Very nice accommodations, #306 has everything, except your clothes. Bring your meals and never leave for anything.

This property is clean and comfortable; it has a well equipped kitchen and a magnificent view. But has old furniture covered in cheap covers, rough towels and bedding, no rugs-- and almost no decoration.

Our unit was dated. Beds should be replaced. Unit was clean. The view from the patio is amazing! Beach access was steps from the condos. The pool was maintained and comfortable. Would definitely recommend the location. And would stay here again.

The location is wonderful with the beach and pool etc. They are making nice updates to the outside of the building with paint etc. The condo door looks like it was kicked in and was very unsafe and desperately needs to be replaced

Fantastic View, but...
Hopefully this will help the property owners fix the issues and therefore be able to rent this unit out more often... This is the first time I have left a negative review on VRBO. My Dad and I rented this place to visit family in St. Pete. The view of the beach / Gulf is amazing and overall it was mostly clean, but it is clear the owners have done the bare minimum in upkeep and upgrading this unit. It has fallen into major disrepair and band-aids are no longer going to cut it. There were so many issues with doors not closing all the way, big gap under the front door, letting AC out and bugs in (the frame is even split from what looks like someone trying to kick in the door), the sliding balcony door screen kept popping off the track and door itself was difficult to slide. Most of the furniture has black mold on it as well as some of the ceiling, the entire unit smelled musty. The couches and love seat had slip covers that quickly became out of place, to hide the stained upholstery. A number of light bulbs were burned out, the chain light over the dinning table had a crushed / broken switch, someone knew this because it was just left unplugged. The refrigerator had rust on the outside of it. The sliding door to the bathroom will not close all the way, and the main bathroom door makes a hell of a racket in the middle of the night opening and closing. The bathroom has a dangerous broken ceramic wall mounted toothbrush holder that I cut myself on one night while grabbing the towel. Light switches / plates were stained and screws rusting. I mean come on, those things are like a $1 or 2 at Home Depot. We requested from the property management company TRS to be moved to another unit or property. Christine and Katrina did a great job handling our issues. They sent out a maintenance team immediately and who were able fix the small things like light bulbs, and rewiring the light switch, but ultimately we needed to move to another property because of the mold. Katrina was fantastic at finding us some options on a holiday week. To the owners of this condo, you need to do better. Spend a few dollars to give it some TLC and you'll see this unit get nothing but positive reviews and therefore more bookings.

A wonderful vacation!
Clean, well maintained. The balcony overlooking the gulf was a favorite place to watch the sunsets. I'll be nitpicky and say the stove top took a long time to boil water and the fridge ice maker didn't work but ice trays were available until we hit Winn Dixie (7 min away) on the second day. We're keeping this place on our list of places we'll come back to.
