Beach Place #412 - Please note that due to our hurricane season the elevator in the beachside building is temporarily out of service. The one bedroom and three bedroom units are located in this building. The two bedroom condos are in a different building and that elevator is operational. Contact us today to inquire about available discounts.

#412 is a newly fully renovated, light, bright corner, beachfront 3 bedroom 2 bath condo and is waiting for your family vacation! This retreat has it all, including panoramic views, and proximity to all of the amenities the John's Pass Area of Madeira Beach offers. Also right outside your front door are beautiful crystal sand beaches, heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. Chances are, you will never want to leave!

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Enjoy a good book or just sit and soak in the sun from this one of a kind beach front escape! As with every SunHost property, linens, ample towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. This unit does offer a washer and dryer and free WiFi.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home which offers 2 assigned parking spaces. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

Magical
This place was magical - great balcony view to the beach! Location, location, location - restaurants, bars and stores walking distance. We had a great time and recommend this place highly. Will definitely come back.

Great Family Vaca Spot!
This unit location was great and had a beautiful view of the gulf! The building itself is located in a perfect spot right across from John's Pass and very family friendly. We found our 3 bedroom unit to be perfect for a family of 6 and there was so much space for family game night and cooking meals together. This unit is clearly a popular rental because there was quite a bit of wear and tear from previous guests on the unit, appliances, and kitchen features. Despite needing a good deep clean and some updating, we would absolutely rent this unit again!

Amazing view from the condo
We had a great time at this condo, it is conveniently located near lots of activities. The gulf view was a breathtaking form the balcony. Apart from Wifi not working and a broken dishwasher, everything was perfect. Management gave us a compensation for the broken dishwasher. The bed mattresses could use an upgrade. Right on the beach with heated pool. Would recommend this property.

Life's a Beach and if your lucky you can live on one!
Even though it was only a week, we felt at home the moment we stepped into our rental property. We arrived at the property after check in time on a Sunday and the process was as simple as they stated. We found our assigned parking and entered our condo and went directly to the balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunset! The property management company is excellent. They are always cleaning and maintaining the property and it shows in every area. We had a broken lamp and within an hour of reporting it online, someone stopped by to take care of it. I highly recommend this property and management company to anyone who is thinking of renting.

Great Vacation
This was the perfect location. We didn’t rent a car and walked most places. There is also a free beach taxi that will take you anywhere along the beach for free and you just tip them. We went to the aquarium in Tampa which was really nice as well. The condo was perfect and the beach was beautiful. We saw dolphins daily, a manatee, and lots of birds. Great vacation!!!!
