So the hotel was Great, clean and perfect spot. I was very disappointed. I was here to celebrate my little girls birthday and we show up and they are doing some beach work the whole 5 days we where here no one advised us of this or sent and email. We could not enjoy our beach front hotel we had to travel elsewhere to find an open spot to set up at the beach. On top of that we had to deal with a very rude employee I mean she was just nasty and very unprofessional. I will say Lyric was amazing she was another employee who helped us and was amazing. Along with Tracy and the Mike they all did there best at helping us and they did what they could for us. I don’t think I really want to go back to this area unfortunately this ruined our vacation and plans we had.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The one issue was that the government choose the days during our stay to restore the beach and so we were unable to take advantage of the beach in front of our hotel. The hotel did not make us aware this was happening ahead of time. They did however provide free parking. Not much of a compensation but at least an acknowledgement.

Had a great room fronting the gulf. Excellent facility, great food at the restaurant, and could't get enough of those cookies from the front desk! Everyone was friendly and efficient at their jobs. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I stayed here with my best friend for our girls gone mild bachelorette weekend. We had a room with a balcony that looked right out to the beach and ocean. The view was spectacular. Even more spectacular was the staff, they were so attentive, kind, and did everything in their power to make our stay just amazing! I am grateful! I would definitely stay here again.

It was a comfortable stay - everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will point out that the coffee makers in the rooms make terrible coffee. A keurig type coffee maker would be better . We ate several meals in the restaurant and the food was good.. All in all - we enjoyed our stay.
