This hotel looks and feels like a rehab center. The carpet in my room was extremely dirty and the whole room smelled like wet dog and feet BO. To the point my wife and I had to go to CVS and get 2 cans of Lysol and douse the entire room with them, just to be able to stay there. The toilet had to be flushed at least 8 times to be fully clean. I called the front desk and was told a handyman would be coming up to the room soon but no one ever did. I had to ask the person at the front desk to let me use a bathroom in an unoccupied room. The two folks I spoke to at the front desk were nice, but the place is an absolute dump.

The room had a bad odor to it. Getting in, the tub was dirty and held water, rug had holes and curtains had holes also. Took pics. I wouldn't recommend. 10 minutes after being in the room the sheriff department came to my door asking me about some parolee or someone on probation... Mad yes very upsetting

There is a night guest attendant who has the perfect personality and demeanor. I forgot his name but I do know we share the same beautiful outlook on tattoo. Our stay was amazing and would love to refer this location to others.

Worst stay I've had at a hotel. Mold in the shower, toilet seats do not fit the toilet, entire place smelled like urine. Trash bags were piled up in the hallways. Flying bugs in the room. Hand prints on the headboard and walls. I voiced my concerns at the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do. I could "report to corporate" but they could not help me anymore than that. Thankfully I was only there for about 12 hours. Absolutely disgusting.

I was in a noisy part of hotel where the highway noise kept waking me. Also the heater made a racket when it turned on. The staff was pleasant and my key was ready when I arrived and liked being recognized:)

Dirty, mold everywhere, bad smell of humidity in the room. Poor choice for breakfast Dirty place Staff at front desk are kind. This hotel needs a really BIG clean up and renovations. Perfect place when you just land from PIE but never go back in this condition…
