Room was clean. Staff was excellent. Maria was very helpful at check in. She arranged for the four of us to have breakfast items prior to our early morning flight. Also we got a personal knock on door to ensure we were up at 4:15 am

Staff was nice, room was not. Hotel is in desperate need of a makeover, hallway’s dirty, room old, furniture nasty, heavy musty smell. Rough group of people staying there. Back door lock was rigged to not latch when closed allowing anyone in. I tore off the cardboard and tape to allow it to close and lock. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

The parking lot had two sections of loitering groups of smokers hanging out in folding chairs most of the day and night. The toilet ran loudly all the time/all night long. There was no alarm clock in the room? First time for that. Overall the feeling of the hotel was dingy. The mattress was the best part of our stay.

The staff was very kind. The room has stains all over the carpet. The furniture looked like they had picked it up from the dump it had stains all over it.I was surprised that La Quinta would allow their name on this place. The bed was fine. I doubt I will ever stay at another La Quinta. I have stayed at them on several occasions and trusted the name brand but no longer.

The room was in good condition, seemed clean and well-appointed. But the public areas were grubby. I never saw anyone cleaning any areas the entire 3 days I was there. There was an extreme amount of noise from the nearby highway (i measured noise as high as 76 decibels, not including when jets took off from nearby St. Pete/Clearwater airport). After the first night, when I got little undisturbed slerp, I did ask if I might be moved to a room facing away from the road but was told that the property was sold out (although the parking lot was half empty). The desk staff with whom I interacted were polite, if unable to help.

We were in town for our son’s wedding. The day we checked in the hotel had a major incident occur. It ended up traumatizing one of my children. We were going to check out and find a different hotel but it was late when we got to the hotel at night so we just figured it out. The room is so outdated and has a smell.

I was in town for a funeral and this hotel was the WORST place I have ever stayed in. Was not able to take a shower because of the mold in the bathroom, was not ale to use the bathroom because on the non functioning toilet (had to flush 3 to 4 times), was not able to sleep, AT ALL because of the air conditioner sounding like a generator and some pet was allowed to stay in the room, and due to NOT being cleaned PROPERLY, I could NOT stop sneezing and coughing. Being a disabled veteran, that suffers from PTSD, this hotel experience triggered a lot of my symptoms and I will NEVER recommend or advise ANYONE to stay at this establishment and wish I could request a FULL refund.

This hotel was very very very dirty. Our rug in our room stained, the room had a smell, and the bathroom was dirty. Kids running around in the halls, floors in the hall is dirty and has food on it. Front desk man was night, gave me cleaners so I could clean the room, had no other place to stay.

Our suite was nice size and clean. The downsides are parking is in the rear and there’s literally people out there all night. And the entire hotel has one elevator that is slow.
