You’ll love the location and privacy of The Minthouse. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean always with snacks and water. If you want a small apartment set up with washer/dryer and kitchenette, then this is perfect. Right on Central where you can walk to everything downtown St. Pete has to offer.

Everyone from the staff that i came in contact with were amazing. Especially the valet guys. Beds could be better and the floor and ceiling fan could’ve been cleaner. But overall great . Except of course the parking situation.

The room had a horrendous stench of urine. This was communicated to the on site team. The team removed rugs from the room however the animal urine stench remained. The urine is likely imbedded into the furniture. The sliding door had to be open to air out the room and due to that, the noise from the street was loud and carried into the room. The guest was unable to rest. The experience was very unpleasant

I stayed here for a hurricane evacuation, so I imagine things are different at other times. Positives are - nice kitchen set up, great hurricane proofing! Negatives - not one chair to sit on! No parking! Valet parking, (which wasn’t available because of hurricane), very pricey for the area. Communication with parent company challenging, and less support during hurricane than hoped for. Still, it’s a good location for wandering Central Avenue in normal tims.

Comfortable for a Long Stay
The place is beautiful, clean and in the middle of St. Pete downtown action, everything within walking distance. Wifi did not work in the room, only in the lounge area.
