Neither of 2 TV’s worked. No ice maker to be found. No front desk for help. 3 times via an email someone said they send a maintenance person, no one ever showed up. I have any email saying they refund my money as we left after 2nd day of a 6 day vacation. Never got an miney back.

Located on a busy street, entry to rooms dirty, housekeeping staff did not speak English. Rooms were tiny, but clean although they smelled musky, moldy and faintly of old smoke. We picked this place because it was local and pet friendly, we had planned on staying over night. But did not feel it was a safe or quiet area, so did not stay and checked out early. There is no one on site that spoke English that could help.

It was amazing! The 24-hour online/text communication associates were fast responding and clear responding. They were kind, and considerate. I love this place! Not only was it beautiful on the inside, but it had comfy beds and a smart TV. Dining table with enough counter space for cooking. Even a portable cooker guests can use in the cabinets below and a nice sized fridge. Everything was perfect. Even the shower! It was amazing!

If your a light sleeper this might not be the place for, but I was in the front so I could hear the traffic and people outside. The place was clean with the exception of a few spots on the floor and i didn't get any washcloths in my room. I loved that it was contract free check in so that was nice I would stay her again

I like the option for of the door locks it was very unique and the room was very clean and cool. The beds was so comfortable and clean I didn’t want to get out of them. The bathroom was very spacious and clean and the shower was very big and the fountain shower head was awesome and the water was always hot!! The options of watching tv and movies were very unlimited to watch and big spacious dresser and hanger rack for your clothes. Also the mini fridge was very cool and very clean and very nice. Over all everything was great! I would recommend it to all my friends and family. 5 ⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️😊
