Located in Ozona, this home is on a private ¾ acre lot located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a tropical setting overlooking a lagoon. All of the bedrooms are on the second level. Master bedroom has a king, two additional bedrooms have queens and fourth room has two twin beds. This home has all stainless steel appliances and an oversized washer and dryer. There is plenty of room to hang out in the downstairs area to watch tv or play a few games of ping pong. The downstairs has recently been renovated and pictures will be posted soon. Outside you will find corn hole that can be played out back in the oversized yard. Cool off in the large 7ft deep saltwater pool (heated for an additional charge). Sway on the inviting front porch swing and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or choose to sit in the serenity of the second story screened porch that looks over the beautiful backyard oasis to start your day. Bring your boat, park on the driveway and launch it at Southerland Bayou public boat ramp 1.3 miles away. There are several marinas in close proximity and numerous local fishing guides that can be chartered. Pop Stansell Park is less than a half of a mile away where you can find a fishing pier, kids park and a small craft kayak launch. Enjoy many close, within walking distance, restaurants, shops and breweries in Ozona and downtown Palm Harbor. A few blocks away is the Pinellas Trail that conveniently allows you to bike or walk to several neighboring communities such as Dunedin or Tarpon Springs. Free to use the beach chairs, fishing poles and bicycles.

Truly a relaxing oasis
We already know and love the Palm Harbor area and the Ozona community is a great part of it. Perfect home for us, especially when our children/grandchildren came for a visit. Private and relaxing, especially the pool area and the back screened-in sitting area. Beautifully updated. Short bike ride and you’re on the Pinellas Trail. Pop Stansell Park with a playground, kayak/paddleboard put-in or water gazing is only 3 blocks away. And as many have said, close to restaurants, beaches, stores etc Brad was welcoming and excellent at communicating. Good to note that the home is a key west style so there are lots of stairs - we got very good at organizing ourselves so we didn’t have too many trips up and down. Worth it for the home and beauty of the setting; just worth keeping in mind for some

Delightful Home in a great location
We picked the Ozona Retreat because of the pool, hot tub and location - we walked or biked to several restaurants. This Floridian property backs up to a lagoon which makes it very private and we loved seeing all types of birds in and around the lagoon. Even the pool/hot tub area is very private. We enjoyed being surrounded by the palm trees and beautiful landscaping which is lit up at night - so pretty. The Property owner is very quick to respond to questions. My husband and I highly recommend this property - it's close to Honeymoon beach (2 miles) and several other parks. My husband and I stay at a VRBO two or three times each year and this property, by far, is the best.

Great spot for family!
Big, roomy property that let everyone spread out. Kids loved the pool and being able to fish. Had very little interaction with Brad, but that’s because he was very proactive and everything was setup great. Plenty of shopping nearby to keep the grill loaded and a cooler by the hot tub stocked. Thank you!

Palm harbor vacation
This property is a fantastic place to stay. It was extremely clean, for all of you germ freaks like myself. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows. They had this property stocked with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, pool accessories and bikes to ride. It was in a quiet neighborhood and it was near places to ride bikes or walk. It was driving distance to beaches. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was super friendly. We would definitely stay here again. We had a great vacation.

Amazing
The home is exactly as pictured and is amazing. It was the coldest it has been in Florida in 30 years when we visited and the owner went above and beyond to assist in heating the pool so we were able to use it. There was also a small palm tree in the living room when we arrived with lights and ornaments which was so adorable and festive. We will definitely be back and book this property again. By far the best VRBO experience and home I’ve stayed in.

Perfection!
Everything about this property was just perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and didn't want to leave. Brad has thought of every little detail to include - from fishing poles, rafts, and bicycles to beach towels and board games. He also checked in to ensure everything was going well - much appreciated! The layout of the house allowed for personal space between adults and teens and was very clean. It is conveniently located to many local beaches, a park, delicious local restaurants, shops, etc. We will be back soon!

Great Getaway
We went on a family vacation for my husband’s 50th birthday and had a great time! It was perfect for 4 couples, and also for visiting children. The house was just as advertised, and very clean. We had 2 issues, both due to user error, but Brad responded quickly and helped us through them. Nice little area with things to do within walking distance as well as 10-15 minutes on either side.

Our Own Little Paradise!
We had such a great time! Brad was very easy to communicate with and an excellent host! The house had everything we needed and so much more! It was spotless and well-stocked. The pictures are accurate, maybe even a little understated. It was difficult to capture how great everything was with our own cameras. It’s such a neat family home! We enjoyed the pool, the front porch swing, the golf cart, the bicycles, fishing in the lagoon, and even took a dip in the hot tub despite the July heat. The hammock was a nice touch as well as corn hole, ping pong, and everything you could need for the beach. The amenities are truly endless! Brad and Kim have thought of everything! The home is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. Ozona is a neat little community. We made several golf cart trips for homemade ice cream at Strachan’s. We highly recommend this property. A definite 5 star!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The home had an open concept that allowed everyone to have their own personal space and still have a sense of being close. This home had everything you could possibly imagine in order to be entertained. Private pool, grill, hot tub, ping pong table, bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, beach gear, you name it! Even in the midst of a tropical storm, Brad always made himself available and made sure we were ok! We appreciated his genuine concern! We will definitely stay again!

Lovely home in a great location!
We were here for a week for the AAC baseball tournament. Great location. Easy access to Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs and the bike trail. This home was spotless, very well appointed, and comfortable including all the toys you could hope for! Bags, ping pong, fishing, kayaking. What more could you ask for?! Brad was very responsive to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back again!

A great home and property!
We stayed for a week and the home was wonderful for our family. We had 8 family members for our stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and got plenty of use. All of the amenities included were awesome! We made several trips to Steve’s produce just down the block, the meat and produce are delicious. The ice cream shop so close by was great as well. The home is located in a beautiful and safe area. We walked, ran and used the golf cart to navigate around. It was a short 20-30 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful House in a Beautiful, Quiet Neighborhood
This house was perfect for our mini family reunion. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and space to spread out. The master bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet were especially spacious. Kitchen was modern with plenty of dishware and small appliances. The icing on the cake was all the extra items in the garage for use during our stay: kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and cooler, pool toys, games, and more. We loved the location which is between Tarpon Springs and Dunedin, and close to other tourist sights. The owner was very responsive to our messages. Would definitely rent here again.

Fun and relaxing stay at Ozona!
Our family had such a great time, we will be back for sure! The whole house was very clean and up to date, the pool and hot tub were amazing, and the screened in porch was a great plus to have our morning coffee in and just relax. We took the golf cart out twice to get ice cream at 2 different local ice creams shops. None of us wanted to leave!
