We had a fantastic stay at the Inn on Third! Great location, close enough to walk around the downtown area but far enough from any noise. The owners are great people, made us feel right at home. Small but functional room, with everything needed for our stay. Really happy that we chose this hotel and we hope to visit again.

Always a great stay at this quaint inn! The owners are the coolest people! Super convenient to the St Pete "strip" with eveything you could need in easy walking distance. Rooms are basic but clean and quiet. Nice continental breakfast and a happy hour in the evening with beer, wine, and small appetizers. A+ stay and highly recommend!!

This is a safe quiet inn.The staff is lovely and friendly. The breakfast is healthy and the coffee was great.It feels like visiting friends. I would return due to the quality service and cozy feeling.

This Inn was charming and clean. The staff was terrific, informative and friendly. Not only a nice complimentary breakfast but also first drink at happy hour is free and paid drinks a real deal!

Online pics show rooms with new-ish furniture and freshly refurbished rooms. In actuality our room was very small and both the furniture and the room itself were well-worn. The good exceptions … new carpet and very clean. Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful.
