Beautiful Beach Cottage
Beautiful beach cottage within walking distance of beach, restaurants and bars. The house itself was clean and well appointed but what sets this property apart is the beautiful deck and yard. This place is a gem.

The home was clean and fully stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything! Access to the beach was a 2 min walk. Finny was available for all our needs and responded quickly. Thank you so much! We will return when we are in the area.

Awesome but...
Great house! The location is excellent on a quiet street. Amenities are perfect and the house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The deck, yard and grill were perfect for enjoying an evening relaxing. My only complaints are trivial. The communication from the rental management company was regular and very detailed. However the check out time in the emails varied and on my last morning I got a text with a check out time that was 1 hour earlier than had been shown in a couple of the emails. Although when I took a closer look at all the emails, I noticed the change, a warning or heads up in the email to notify me of the change would have been helpful in avoiding the confusion. My second complaint is that I emailed the rental contact during my stay and never got a reply. And my last complaint is the TV service. It was spotty going in and out and blurring. Otherwise our stay was great and would probably stay there again if I were in the area.

The Perfect Getaway
To start off, this was a very easy drive from Atlanta Georgia. The house is very clean and well maintained. There is parking for 2 cars. Everything is there from towels, to beach towels, to beach umbrellas even the cart that takes everything there. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. The Grocery store is less than a mile away. The house is a good size. The entertainment system is modern and internet connection is good. There is even a washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes. Eating: The kitchen is stocked with great eating and cooking utensils. Restaurants are looming within 2 square miles, some even walking distance. The grocery store is less than a mile away. Outdoor: There is an eating and hanging out area in the back. Perfect for breakfast or dinner. There is even a grill if you want to grill out. The beach: It's not crowded and very clean. If you have kids, late afternoon is great as it's low tide and the sand bars are awesome. You can't ask for a better place to stay. There is a ton of value that goes with renting this house. We will be back.

Beach perfect
This home has all the comforts of home, beds sleep good, very well kept home - clean, with an awesome deck and well manicured yard. The location makes it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. I would rent again and recommend my family and friends to stay here.
