Beautifully renovated 3 BR/4 BA condo footsteps from the beach

Beautifully appointed villa. All appliances and equipment are state of the art. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. All linens, including beach towels are included. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, wine cellar, all pans and pots, kitchen utensils, dishes and glasses galore.

Special attention was paid to comfortable bedding and linens.

Bedrooms: 1 king bedroom, 1 king and small sleeper sofa, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and small patio; 4th full bathroom adjacent to living room.

The large, landscaped garden patio features a cozy out door dining area, Webber gas grill and comfortable lounge chairs.
We are just foot steps from our beach with wonderful views to St. John and the British Virgin Islands. Enjoy the view and beach while eating at the Margarita Ville Restaurant.

Walk through the tropical gardens of our small community to our pool, which provides lounge chairs, tables and chairs in shaded areas and a kiddy pool.

Many of our guests return because they enjoy the quiet and privacy of Pineapple Village - and the value is great for a property so close to the beach.

Red Hook, home of many fishing boats, and the ferry port for trips to St. John and the British Virgin Islands, is home to many Restaurants and bars, and is only a 7 minute car drive away. Convenient shopping - super market and take outs - are also located in Red Hook.

Great Vacation on St. Thomas!
The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Property was very clean, well stocked and the location was truly unbeatable. We were steps away from beautiful beaches, delicious restaurants, and close to the charming Red Hook neighborhood. We had an amazing time and we would absolutely stay at this property again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, convenient place to stay.

Great week
We had a great weeks stay at this condo but had cold showers. Contacted the host but no one came so we all had to finally start showering in the same bathroom off the kitchen. It is however a very Nice place, cool & a Very good location!

Perfect Family Vacation Rental
Everyone was so responsive with questions and it was easy to contact the pro berry manger with any problems, questions. Tho use house was clean with the exception of a missing lightbulb and a few things that didn’t work. But it was not at all a deal breaker. The property had outdoor patio space and was nicely maintained. They even allowed wedding preparations such as photographers and hair and make up to take place at the villa. Thank you for making our trip that much more special!

Pretty place; mostly comfortable.
Pretty landscaping, nice large 3-bedroom unit with comfortable beds and spacious marble bathrooms. Unfortunately, none of the bedroom TVs worked and Wayne, the nice gug they sent could not get a signal , so we gave up. The bedrooms were cool and comfortable with the AC on max continuously, but the small unit for the living area could not keep up with the outside temps in the 80’s, and the result was a warm, muggy main room during the day..A final comment…Nadine, the property manager and local contact, was friendly, responsive, and very helpful.

Great experience at this 5 star location. Close to a couple walkable beaches. Excellent close drivable beach alternatives. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. Great for families or couples. We would stay here again.

The villa was a perfect place to stay as we were close to Coral World were our daughter works. The villa was spacious and the beds super comfy. The only problem we had was several times during our month stay we lost water. The villa manager was on it as soon as I notified her. The plumber Wayson was awesome and worked hard on resolving the problem. At times the water supply to the villa was unreliable and required careful management by us and our guests.

Great Vacation!
The villa was the perfect set up for our group (3 couples). We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials to include cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc… The location was great, right next door to Margaritaville. There is a small grocery store within walking distance. Very quiet community. We usually had the pool to ourselves in the evenings. We were disappointed with the beach that was, to us, unusable due to the sargassum seaweed. There was a lot of it and the smell was terrible. Luckily, there are many other beaches on the island that are must sees! Nadine was great and responsive. Overall a great vacation. We plan to come back as soon as we can!

Clean Property and Great Location
Property was very clean, well stocked and great location. The location of the property was very convenient to Margaritaville which allowed us to walk to the restaurant, bar, store and beach. My family would absolutely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, convenient place to stay.

Great location, spacious condo.
The condo was located perfectly for us in Pinapple Village as we have family living there. Being next to Margaretaville was a bonus without having the hustle and bustle of being in a resort. The condo was the perfect size for the group, the accommodations very nice and the kitchen had what we needed. We did have some problems with maintenance. There was a definitive smell. It was especially noticeable in the main living area and hallway. Also one of the bedroom air conditioners had a constant drip. We arrived on Saturday and the main air conditioner may have been cleaned because we noticed an improvement by Thursday. The drip in the bedroom was never resolved. We were told the a/c tech would return but he never did. We did have a nighttime visitor twice who enjoyed a snack. Never saw it or any signs other than the bites. They brought in some deterents. We just made sure we put everything away. No more issues. Except for the smell issues, nothing interfered with our family vacation. Would stay there again.

Paradise Perfect
This villa is PERFECT! Beautiful, spacious, and so close to Margarita Ville beach for scenic sunset views. Private, clean, and has all the amenities and more. Close to other beaches and restaurants and Red Hook. The Host was great and we can't wait to come back. The villa will make your paradise vacation the best of the best. Enjoy

Perfect Condo
We really enjoyed this condo. Everything was as described online. The area was great too, you have the luxury/safety of being on resort grounds without having to deal with the crowds and noise. The condo had all of the kitchenware, towels, chairs and necessities that we needed. It is also close to most things. The pool was great, just steps away, and almost empty the entire time. We would love to stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Property was mostly to description however updates to the listing were not made over the last year. There was roof work going on and because of this the kitchen window flashing was damaged causing gallons of water to leak in every afternoon storm. Upon check in there was water all over the counter and floor, however we were told by housekeeping that the owners were aware and it was getting fixed... And we were left to clean it up ourselves. It has obviously been leaking for quite a while and the owner had not been informed until my message to them. The living room couch is listed on VRBO as a queen pull out couch, however we were not informed that our 7th guest would not be able to use it as it's been broken since March 2019. We moved the bedroom futon out there ourselves. The shade awnings are also no longer attached since the hurricane, which is completely understandable, but these updates should be made to the listing description. The starters on all 4 burners are also not functioning correctly, but this was easily fixed by using a lighter. AC works great, no beach items at all on the property so bring your own or plan to rent, plenty of fridge space but the wine cooler was not plugged in. Good location and the security from being on Margaritaville grounds is a nice feature. The resort closes up around 10pm though so be aware of that. Cable was nice to have as it was bowl game season. Management/housekeeping was easy to reach. Overall we would rent again as it's inexpensive for a large group but if we were traveling with a smaller group, would definitely use another property.

Spring break 2019
Our family of four recently had the pleasure of enjoying the villa from March 31st through April 7th. The property is beautiful, accomodating and offers some privacy as well. I recommend renting a jeep for the week to explore both St. Thomas and St. John at your leisure. The villa has great access to Coki beach, Smith Bay and the Red Hook area where you can catch the barge or ferry to St John. We highly recommend Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay in St. John especially if you enjoy snorkeling. The villa is essentially an extension of Margaritaville where you will find good drinks, good food and lively pool access. If you prefer a more laid back atmosphere, there is also a pool at the back of Blazing Villas which was virtually our own private pool due to the limited activity. Tamika ensures your stay is stress free by providing turn down service and tidying up behind you. We really enjoyed our week and look forward to another visit.

The villa was great. Very spacious and clean and Veronica, the housekeeper, was great. OTOH, my 3-yr-old granddaughter, who discovered that she is not a Jimmy Buffett fan, could not sleep due to the blaring music from the neighboring Margaritaville Resort at all hours, including until 3AM one weekday night. Also, due to fresh water constraints, guests are not allowed to use the washer & dryer (which was a problem late one evening when my granddaugher got sick (probably from the Margaretaville Resort restaurant's dreadful food); instead, Veronica has to do it for you. A minor complaint: very stingy with consumables--there was an empty soap dispenser in one bathroom and no soap at all in the other bathrooms; there was a salt shaker in the kitchen but it, too, was empty, etc.
