The best part was the beautiful lobby and the outside. The room looked more like a motel. I was highly disappointed and disgusted; I was coming out the shower and the house keeper walks in(my partner went to get breakfast) I asked why did she let herself in my room, she says the front desk told her to come in, I said why would they do that and check out is at 11. Again why did you come in here, she said you didn't have the do not disturb sign out, I said I don't need to, you had no right coming in here and I will speak to management. Management denied her claims gave me the head person number, I contacted Pablo and left a message and received no response. DON'T EVER STAY HERE, IF YOU WANT PRIVACY, CLEAN WORKOUT EQUIPMENT AND MORE THAN ONE BATH CLOTH. DISGUSTING, I WILL BE LETTING ALL OF MY SOCIAL MEDIA FRIENDS KNOW TO EXCLUDE THIS PLACE( I STAYED HERE 1 WEEK AGO AND STILL NO RESPONSE)

Quite a surprise, not my luggage

I arrived extremely tired. When I went to the room and opened the door, someone was already occupying the room. I wheeled the cart full of luggage back to the front desk. The carts are difficult to use. Went to the room, further away from the first. It had a "Do Not Disturb Sign" on it and luggage in the room already. Went to the front desk again! This time they did sent an employee to meet me at the room, but it was three more corridors away! This hotel is huge. I did not know large hotels no longer help with your luggage. Hotel lobby was noisy, but room was quiet and clean.

Everything was nice and clean, the trip to Stamford train station is not easy trip from the hotel, but it was worth the stay with the added comfort.

I checked in on Friday and checked out Sunday. I was woken up several times on Friday night from drunken people getting back to their rooms. Saturday night was even worse when I man was screaming on top of his lungs banging on all the doors including mine. It took several people to finally calm him down. I was pretty shaken up after that experience and had a tough time falling asleep. It's a shame because overall the property was kept pretty good.

Understaffed Overworked employees Big place. Likely need 5 more full time people; Service & common area maintenance (elevators) could use some attention. Kosher restaurant - appears to cater to Bar Mitzvah’s & other traditional Jewish celebrations. The “Melting Pot” of 2-4 different cultures is evident. Runs smoothly for the most part but staffing is an issue- I didn’t check for job availability but I’d guess 5 more folks are needed.
